Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Jacqui (8/5): A lovely location to spend a week with the extended family. - Great house with a lovely deck and yard. Can't really fault anything, maybe could have used a couple more tea towels.
Marks (10/5): Relaxing family and pet friendly holiday - The house was a great! Good location, massive enclosed back yard for pets and kids! My adult son loved the seperate self contained room downstairs. Plenty of parking spaces. The upstairs balcony was my favourite spot to relax! The hosts/agents were so kind and helpful our entire stay, thank you!
Jeves (10/5): Tranquil & Spacious - Listening to the waves lapping the beach (5min stroll). Plenty of room for the family. Lrg, level, fenced yard. Everything you need for a short - or long-term stay. We all loved it. Would definitely consider staying again 😀 The upstairs bathroom was a little smelly. A few Cockroaches upstairs. Otherwise great!
Tate (5/5): Clean and great location, but air cons and bbq not working. - It was clean, in a great location, lots of space The air cons were broken and the facilities were not usable. The bbq didn’t have any gas.
Fiona (8/5): Would stay again - Perfect place to stay with pets with big backyard. Great house with everything you need to cook and be comfortable. Everything was clean and and comfortable. Bedrooms downstairs not connected to upstairs and bathroom downstairs is also separate to bedroom downstairs but didn’t impact stay - just less convenient. Bedroom lights didn’t have bulbs in both rooms.
