• Nathalja (7/5): Apartamento confortável e bem localizado, porém tivemos alguns problemas. - otima acomodação, muito aconchegante por ser uma acomodação na praia acho q deveria ser permitido transitar de roupas de banho (estavamos com a parte de cima do biquíni e vestidas com short/saia), porém não era permitido e também não era permitido andar com cooler (somente pela saida/entrada de serviços), sem contar e no sabado fomos para piscina e nos informaram que só poderíamos utilizar após as 18:00, quando retornamos após as 18h nos informaram que estavam com um outro problema e não seria possível utilizar. No dia seguinte fomos novamente e perguntamos ao mesmo funcionário se estava resolvido o problema e ele mesmo n sabia qual era o problema (????).

A PORTA DO QUARTO NÃO FUNCIONOU, ESTRAGADA, FIQUEI SENTADA NO CORREDOR ATÉ QUASE 1H DA MANHA,, AGUARDANDO CHAVEIRO RESOLVER PROBLEMA. SENDO QUE A PROPRIETÁRIA VEIO ME DIZER PRA NÃO SAIR DO QUARTO, PORQUE O CHAVEIRO SÓ IA AS 10H MANHA. OU SEJA EU TINHA QUE FICAR PRESA DENTRO DO QUARTO, PORQUE A MESMA NÃO QUERIA PAGAR PRO CHAVEIRO IR À NOITE, DEVIDO A TER TAXA MAIOR! HORRIVEL. APTO SUPER VELHO.

• pascal (8/5): - super emplacement pour visiter rio très bon rapport qualité prix.le seul bémol est l âge des appartements. ils mériteraient une petite rénovation, mais rien de dramatique le rapport qualité prix est excellent ont peut donc accepter un peu de vétusté. si la rénovation augmente le prix il vaut mieux rester ainsi

• Tanya (10/5): Exceptional - Great amenities, pool, sauna, steam room, gym. The apartment was a good size. Great location between Leme and Botafogo. Easy access to Copacabana Beach, downtown Rio, restaurants, etc. We booked excursions from other hotels on the street, because of the location we were the last pick up, first drop off. I’d stay there again.
• Sheppard (5/5): Basic, musty smelling apartment - The location is good- a short walk to Copacabana Beach. I was pretty disappointed with this property. The staff on the reception desk were extremely unfriendly when we arrived and continued to be for our 8 night stay. The apartment smelled very musky and was fairly unpleasant in that regard. It was very basic with no toiletries and hardly any toilet roll which meant we had to buy some about two days in which was annoying. Didn’t go near the pool as it wasn’t pleasant at all. No plug socket by the bed and we didn’t want to sit on the sofa in the living room as it wasn’t nice at all. The property looks very tired.
