- Kara (1/5): Property was good the host ruined our holiday - The property was very nice. Good location The host of this property was super unprofessional. I noticed that we had left an integral part of my baby’s monitor at the property. Panicking, I called the house because he had a medical condition and requires monitoring overnight. She said she would send it back and then just ignored my messages and calls from then. She then answered my husband’s call as she was ignoring my number and snapped at him on the phone telling him they sent it. We have never received it leaving us $400 out of pocket after a nearly $700 stay. Very very disappointed that anyone could be this heartless.

Was very difficult to open the key lock, might need a new one?? Back shower did not drain properly poss either blocked drain or poorly angled tiling, luckily 2 other showers in property. Oven dirty- didnt use

Right opposite a great playground and a newish Cafe with great coffee and outdoor seating. Easy walk to main street shops and beach but do recommend a pram as it's a bit hilly to walk to beach with a toddler.

Would highly recommend this property. - Property is in a great location and close to all the facilities and is situated in the heart of Ocean Grove. Well appointed with exceptional presentation. Great care has been taken by the owners to ensure guest are very well catered for during their stay. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay. Had to unblock shower drain, get the remote control gates fixed and nail a couple of fence palings back onto the fence as they fell off. Otherwise everything else was fine.

The stair case needs to have colour non slip, and a well defined mat at the foot of the stairs, but of a safety concern.
