Rojas (5/5): - Las instalaciones estaban iluminadas y bonitas una cama cómoda las dudas que teníamos frente a que el internet estaba lento fueron respondidas , necesitábamos un cambio de cobijas y también fue respondió El apartamento olía a humedad, no tuvimos quien nos recibiera para darnos las llaves y tampoco al momento de salir solo fueron instrucciones por vía mensaje , habíamos ensuciado 2 toallas agarramos otras dos que habían en la entrada porque estaba abierto un ropero lleno de ellas, buscamos la señora de servicios generales y le avisamos ella fue muy amable y después recibí un mensaje acusándonos que habíamos violado las reglas de la casa y que habíamos entrado al cuarto de aseo cuando no entramos, por lo menos hubieran preguntado primero que había pasado pero no sabíamos que no se podían tomar las toallas sabiendo que la señora nos dijo que no había problema
