• Theodosia (9/5): Comfortable stay at a great location in the heart of Kolonaki - Great location, newly renovated, modern style, clean, spacious, airy, electric shutters (total blackout), bathrooms with windows, balcony with deck and tent. The glass doors between spaces was a plus reducing noise from one space to another and ensuring privacy! Convinient for a family of 4 or for 4 pax The second bedroom was small not allowing space for having open luggage there, but we had out luggage at the living room which is very close to that bedroom.

It was spotless, well-situated, had all of the amenities and reaso - The property was very well situated in the heart of Kolonaki. The apartment was spotless and large , easy self check-in. I would go back for sure . I would change the couch in the living room. It needs to be updated but the rest was no problem.

• Mikaella (9/5): - Excellent location . Bright and specious and nicely decorated . Very Comfy beds. Occasionally a Bad smell in the bathrooms from drainage . Smaller bathroom shower mixer not working properly. There were no coffee capsules ( could add to add value ) you could hear the noise from the AC compressor in the master bedroom .
• Luminita Silvia (6/5): Disappointing incident shadowing our experience in a otherwise nice apartment - The flat is well located close to the centre, to shops, to public transport. Large living room furnished in taste. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Very clean and tidy, towels superior quality, fully functional kitchen. Although so close to the centre, it’s so peaceful and quite neighbouring, excellent for a relaxed holiday. The bedrooms’ windows, although big enough for a great luminosity, their only views are to internal squares of the building, not looking very pleasant, hence the need to keep the windows closed and covered. The best room for a bit of a siesta and with a bit of a view is the living room with its balcony (over the street). However, this space has lost completely its charm by unexpectedly becoming a storage for somewhat big cardboard boxes of furniture items delivered in our first day by the selling company. The owner sent apologies for the discomfort, assured us that they would not have agreed for the delivery on that day if there were any other options. We were told the space will be freed the following day. This has eventually not happened so we stayed with that stack of boxes giving the feeling of “recently moved in” for the entire stay. Probably without this element of intrusion we would have valued the stay at a higher level.

• Helen (10/5): Just wonderful! - Wonderful apartment for our stay in Kolonaki. It was spacious and clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was amazing within walking distance to all the great great restaurants and cafes in the area. Highly recommend! It was all perfect.
