• Siraporn (8/5): - Easy to travel around the city. Tram is just right in front of apartment Should change the rug and i don't feel the mattress sheet is clean. Water tap is still broken
• Lloyd (9/5): Great place to stay that is close to the city and the Docklands waterfront - It was easily accessed, close to where we wanted to be and the contact person was excellent. No complimentary tea, coffee, milk or sugar.

• Donna (6/5): Clean and basic, needs alittle maintenance. - It was close to our event. The cold water tap in bathroom was broken off the spindle, so no cold water. No hand towel in bathroom The kitchen has the bare basics, bin hadn't been emptied and liner was too small. Hard to locate apartment. Key wasn't available for pick up, waited over 30 mins for it, in 45 degree heat. Had to get my daughter to take the cake back to the car, where my family was assaulted by a drug affected man. Police were called. Not a great start to the weekend. Clean towels and bedding satisfactory.
• Helen (5/5): Great location just need to repair above problems. - Location was excellent as we had a function to attend at Marvel stadium The tap in bathroom sink broken couldn’t turn on cold water only hot. ( Did notify owner during our stay) No matress protection on either bed - unhygienic. Small coffee table in front of lounge was broken unable to put anything on as leg broken
• Evonne (10/5): The apartment was small and comfortable, perfect for a one night stay in the CBD. - It was clean and comfortable. Basic, but perfect for our needs. We couldn’t access the balcony, maybe some coffee for the morning may have been nice, but other than that, there wasn’t much not to like.

• Tanya (7/5): Apartment is very nice, convenient location, just needs to have new linen, towels and pillows - Had everything you need for a short stay, close to everything The linen, towels and pillows were of very low quality. Had a very poor sleep due to the pillows
• Shane (10/5): Great stay - quiet and comfortable - Great 4 night stay. Spacious apartment in a quiet building with tram right outside the door. Host was responsive and check in process was smooth. Can't think of anything that needs improvement, but make sure you research parking options if bringing a car. There is no parking on-site and the nearby street parking is short term only.

• Kelsey (10/5): Comfortable Melbourne Holiday - Great location right next to a tram stop. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect as it meant we were able to cook our own meals a few times. Comfotable beds and a great size louge. Alex was very responsive so check in was a breeze

• Joanna (7/5): Excellent place to stay if you want to walk around the city or go to Marvel stadium - Central, secure, warm, comfortable, great hot water in the shower, had sufficient cooking utensils and crockery, and extras like cooking oil, and had Netflix No parking and inadequate explanation about where to find parking. Though excellent value parking was a block away!! Poor lighting over the sink and stove and stove with a flickering light, and at one point we couldn’t turn off the hot water tap in the bathroom sink. Basically fine!

• Amanda (4/5): Disappointing - Great location as we were over from Adelaide to watch the footy at Marvel Stadium. Marvel Stadium was right outside the building. The apartment itself was disgustingly dirty and smelt terrible. With hair in one of the beds and all over the bathroom floor and walls in the shower. Mould, and build up of grime in the bathroom. It's was so bad that my 18 year old refused to use the shower. Walls had marks all over them, and furniture in the living area had seen better days. If it wasn't for how dirty it was all round, we could have had a good stay, but the fact it was so dirty really put a dampener on our stay and it had apparently just been cleaned.. I am still waiting for my refund as promised by the owner as compensation for the state of the room. Definitely won't be staying again!!!

• Samantha (4/5): Great location but not value for money - Unfortunately our stay was not pleasant. The air con was not working and we were very uncomfortable. There was a large tile out back that was broken and one if us nearly tripped. The shower was in need of repair and the pillows, wow, most lumpiest, cheapest we have ever come across. Also comms re the return of our key was poor. Was expecting higher quality for price paid Location was great though.

• Emilie (2/5): Disorganised and poor - Location - disorganised, lock box wasn’t at the location, missed our booking for dinner due to waiting around. - bathroom was dirty - pillows thin - stuffed us around with making it our problem to return the key at checkout, making us waste more time in the morning accomodating for their needs.

• Christopher (3/5): Overpriced and underlevers, good only for a group of young guys but not a family friendly place. - The only aspect which was good was the proximity to the Marvel Stadium for concert. The Room was not ready, the code for lock box was incorrect and we had to wait for cleaners to finish, and one of the cleaners was just eating a bag of chips and cleaning at the same time which makes the impression to what he is touching in the room as well with his grubby fingers. The expectation one would have is a cleaner leaves the place clean! The room was noisy, on the 11th floor and the constant noise at night from the Train yards. The noise also from people on the ground walking around late in the night which echo's up the building like you are staying in a Canyon. The facilities inside a cheap and basic. The room is basically an Air BnB and the rating previously given are somewhat questionable. The room would be ok if you are a few guys and not too fussy but would not recommend for a family. For the price would have expected more of a higher standard as this was a fairly worn tired small apartment converted to an Air BnB. I would expect more for one night at over $500.
• Karen (7/5): Good - Location was great It was neat and tidy The pillows were terrible. There was nothing to make a cup of tea, no milk, no sugar. No dishwashing tablets when we were asked to use the dishwasher.

• Evie (8/5): Perfect location for an event at Marvel - Location was absolutely amazing- literally 1 minutes walk to Marvel! Check in had a little hiccup with the wrong lock box code sent initially, and there were no forks in the apartment at all, just knives and spoons.
