• David (6/5): Our Stay in Little Havana - Customer service was exceptional. Frank, the property manager (owner?) always responded promptly, pleasantly to our several concerns and went out of his way to address them and fix them. If your goal is to be immersed in the Cuban, Hispanic culture (from roosters waking you up in the morning, to vibrant life night and great music until the wee hours of the morning) this is a perfect place. Location is very convenient, close to the Miami Airport, downtown Miami, and great beaches. The house itself could use some TLC, but it's what you would expect in that area and, in general, fine, with brand new appliances and colorful decorations. Most of the things we did not like -and there were a few- we addressed privately with management and, as stated before, were addressed promptly, professionally and pleasantly, so there's no need to dwell on them here. About whether the property met our expectations, it's not a simple yes or no question. Let's say it's a qualified yes.

TV, kitchen, all appliances in perfect condition Walk to Calle 8 Recommendation: Rooms should have black out curtains to allow sleeping anytime during daylight Should advise that House is shared with a Long-term tenant. Did not bother us, but good to know, as we arrived late at night and was confused about door entrance.
• paulo (5/5): Hospedagem razoável - Da cozinha e da sala da casa que era maravilhosa. Dos quarto que não cabem confortavelmente as pessoas que dizem. um quarto para 4 cabe no máximo 3 pois se montar as camas que estao debaixo das outras, não tem espaço para montar, nos outros para 3 nem pensar, não sobra espaço nem para sair para ir ao banheiro se precisar a noite. Chegamos e a pia da cozinha estava entupida, que só foi solucionado a noite, depois a agua quente do chuveiro e da pia, parou de funcionar, só resolvido no dia seguinte. A casa diz que comporta até 12 pessoas, mas só um banheiro com 1 chuveiro e no lavabo a torneira estava quebrada, não saia agua. No quintal da casa muitas galinhas e galos. Enfim, nos viramos la, mas pelo valor que paguei, teria ficado em outro lugar.

• Lyly (8/5): Overall stay was great, everything was nearby and didn’t have to drive too far. Just didn’t like the bugs and there were - I like how spacious it was. There were bugs in the home. Found a roach.
• Ashley (8/5): Local vibe! - This cute stay is right in Little Havana, yard chickens included! Walkable to Calle Ocho. This is a neighborhood so expect a local vibe over touristy. The neighbors had one late night of music but no issue after that. The inside was spacious and comfy for our group. Only feedback would be to include more tools for cooking. Host was responsive to questions and kind. Would definitely stay again!

• Nuzly (5/5): The place and the location are good, they just need to improve a lot the cleanliness and the smell. - The location is definitely good, in a very lively area full of interesting things to see, just 2 blocks from the popular Calle 8 Little Havana! My family and I loved that! Here I have a lot to say, because even though the location is good and the house, although old, is very comfortable and pretty, the truth is that the smell of humidity and mold is unbearable! To the point that we had to buy liquids and air fresheners to eliminate even a little of the smell that was really strong and terrible, my children coughed a lot every night we slept there. There were also cockroaches! Big and ugly flying cockroaches, that is really disgusting! We washed the bedding because it all smelled damp and was dirty! In terms of cleanliness and smelling clean, there is a lot to improve. I also think that there is not enough toilet paper for the number of people there, and there were not enough chairs to eat either, there are only 4 chairs and there were 7 of us. It is not that bad, but it could be improved! It would be great if there were cloths to clean the kitchen, and even liquid to clean it. We tried to leave it as clean as possible, but due to lack of supplies I couldn't. However, I think I left the kitchen as clean as I could and the smell was reduced quite a bit!

We really enjoyed it - Great location The neighborhood on the weekend had very loud music until very late and having a new born was very difficult for the baby and us it seem like the music was inside the house that’s how loud it was

• Karen (8/5): Very good - This villa offers a Convenient location near Calle Ocho and a playful decor. There were only two of us but there was plenty of space and extra beds to accommodate a large party. The kitchen and bathroom was well stocked with everything you need. We had an enjoyable stay.

• Kandis (9/5): Roomy and convenient... - Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are fab for girlfriends! Walking safely to the restaurants and attractions is the best! I never moved my car! Needed kitchen linens and a waste basket in the 1/2 bath.
