• SITI KHADIJAH (9/5): - The location is very near to mall and mrt (i think) I don't know if the wall or floor so thin. I got complain from the neighbour that say my son walk too loud, bothering her to sleep. It was 6pm. If you stay here, you have to be very quiet. Not very accepting neighbourhood

• NUR AMNANI INSYIRAH (8/5): 2 days stays at Kl gateway residence - They prepare extra cover sheets and mattress. The tv have Netflix and Youtube plus the Wifi is great too. The kitchen equipment is completed.There also have pools for kids, so its fun for the kids. The toilet cleaness needs to improve. As a muslim, I was doubting to use the kitchen equipment such as plate, cutleries and pan since there are no warning sign certain food cannot be cook or reheat. I hope host can provide separates kitchen equipment that only for halal food.

• noor (6/5): Average Experience - Nice host, smooth check-in process, clean floors, and complete kitchen utensils. The towels had an odor, the bedsheets did not seem clean as if they hadn’t been changed and the shower head was unstable.

The living area was cozy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the beds were super comfy. The location was strategic too — close to eateries, shops, and main attractions. Kids loved the pool, and we appreciated the peaceful, family-friendly environment. Definitely a great choice for a relaxing family getaway! Will come again. 🌟🏡💖

• I (5/5): Wont be coming back to this place. - Dedicated carpark lot. Mattress was the thick type. Fantastic. fans were working well. Aircon was good but pls do cleaning. Lots of dust. Alot of dust insect on the ceiling and walls. Too many. We had to clean it ourselves. Masterbedroom flooring is terrible. Owner just patched/covered the area. Tv channel choice was atrocious. We didnt even watched for more than 10 mins. Price point too high for such a place. Pls maintain it better or lower the price. Bathroom not well maintained.

• Mohd (10/5): Pleasent stay! - The unit location located above KL Gateway mall. Very convenient and easy access to the mall and LRT station. The staff was super helpful and kind with fast responses and reply to any question i asked.
