• Graziana (10/5): Esperienza molto positiva - Appartamento bello, ampio, comodo, pulito e luminoso. Posizione comoda per la metro B (fermata Marconi) e in una zona residenziale tranquilla. Comoda la procedura di check-in anticipato. Poco distante ci sono vari negozi, dei bar ed un supermercato. É andato tutto bene. Sarebbe stata sicuramente molto apprezzata la possibilità di avere delle cialde per fare un caffè al mattino.

• İsmail (2/5): Konumu iyi olanakları iyi ama özel hayatın gizliliği için güvensiz bir tesis - Konumu iyi, temiz, giris ve tesisten ayrılış kolaydı. Tesiste hırsızlara karşı güvenlik amaçlı olduğu söylenen, tesise girmeden önce hiç bir şekilde bilgisi verilmeyen yatak odasında ve oturma odasında yer alan 2 adet kamera vardı. Bu bizi tesiste başka gizli kameralar olup olmadığını düşündürecek kadar huzursuz etti. Kameraları örtülerle kapatıp 3 gün geçirdik. Eşim ve çocuklarım bu durumdan çok tedirgin oldular. Bu durum tesis açıklamasında olsaydı muhtemelen tesisi kiralamazdım.

• Olipa (10/5): Great location, lovely apartment and responsive host - The apartment was nice and clean and fully stocked, especially the kitchen. It was also in a great location, just a few minutes walk to the metro station which was great.

• Carmel (10/5): Really nice apartment with all facilities within 5 min walk (supermarket, pharmacies, shops, train) - The location is very good. The area is very good and very safe. I liked the area as it was clean and the neighbors were very nice. The area was very nice - with plants and trees surrounding the apartment - which were well maintained and coming from a place without greenery I really liked the area. The apartment is very close to the train station (about 5 min walk), there are 4 pharmacies in the area (2 were just 5 min away), and 3 good supermarkets (8 min walk). There is even a very good restaurant just around the corner which was great when we arrived as I didn't feel like cooking. The food was excellent. There is also a very good ice cream shop about one street down which my son loved, and may smaller food outlets on the way to the train station. The apartment is well equipped and has all that you need to live there - washing machine, kettle, microwave etc. The apartment is very spacious with two double beds, 2 TVs and 2 ACs. The bathroom is very large. The entrance was kept very clean by a cleaner who came two times when we were there and even the gardener came to clean the garden. The owners were also very responsive to all our needs - in fact they replied to messages on WhatsApp within a few minutes and this was very assuring. They were even nice enough to send videos when there were any issues that I couldn't resolve via messages - this was very helpful and very much appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend the apartment. The train is only 5 min walk away (safe walk) and goes straight to the center within a few minutes and given that the train ticket only costs Euro1.50 its well worth the trip to go and see the main attractions. I honestly prefer this apartment to one in the center as I felt very safe and it was much easier to get around to shops and facilities (supermarket, pharmacy, etc) as they are all at your doorstep.
• Mike (10/5): When in Rome - The apartment was very spacious and had all the necessary requirements for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable and great to have the ability to leave the windows open. It’s in a residential area but still a close walk to the Metro and a few bistros. No parking available. Many remotes in the house so a list detailing what they are for would be helpful.
• Dimitrios (8/5): Quite good location (800m from metro station) , comfortable house for a family. - Very comfortable house No toαstεr at the kitchen. (minor detail)
• Alexandra (9/5): Superb - The apartment just like in the pictures and the host really nice. We didn't cooked but the kitchen had everything you could posible need. We couldn't do the check in earlier so we had to stay with the luggages and the baby, the whole day in the city. The apartament no so close to the metro/bus station.
• John (9/5): Great flat. Poor area. - Flat in itself is very modern and in a very quiet street. Flat just a little far out from the main attractions in an area that is a little run down. The two rail stations are filthy but the trains are regular but very busy. Of course this is not tge fault of the owners. I think the cost is a little too high for the overall package for tourists. Ok for business stays.
• Luka (10/5): Exceptional - It was a very nice apartmante. The hoste was very helpfull and the location was good, its close to the metro. The apartmant has everything you need.
• Aslan (10/5): Exceptional - We very enjoyed staying in this apartment. Everything about it was great: Clean and quiet, fully equipped, close to the metro station. There was also a great choice of restaurants and supermarkets close to the apartment.
• Artem (6/5): Pleasant - The apartments are well equipped, there is a washing powder, the kitchen has oil, salt, lots of dishes. Not far from the metro station, the area is sleeping, but on Sunday we found both a cafe and a shop. If you are traveling with large luggage, it is better to take a taxi. Apartments are rented through intermediaries, to move in you need mobile Internet. On the very first evening after returning to the apartment, the lights went out and the next morning I had to look for a cafe to charge my phone and wi-fi to contact the realtor. In the end, they fixed it just in time for afternoon.
• Alexander (10/5): I liked it, very good! - Fully equipped apartment, clean and quiet close to metro station, big equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron etc, relatively not too expensive really bang for your buck. Nothing to complain, microwave oven and kettle are missing.
• Mika (10/5): Perfect apartment for a short stay in Rome. - There are no keys, the apartment can be opened by phone which is a big plus! Additionally it's very modern, clean and quite. A big highlight is the music system.
