Guest Reviews
- Nathalie (10/5): - Great. Good calm location. Well equipped. Good communication.

- Jacek (9/5): - Taras Zła słuchawka do prysznica

- Valerio (5/5): Not a place I would return to - Location The apartment’s location is definitely its main strength: convenient for visiting Rome, with public transport and services close by. However, the stay was overall disappointing compared to the expectations and the price charged.
The accommodation appears rather neglected in its amenities and details: many things look cheap or poorly maintained, which affects the overall comfort. Moreover, the cleanliness left something to be desired upon arrival. Another downside is that the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator — something that was not clearly stated in the listing, and an important detail to know in advance.
Overall, the location partly saves the experience, but the general quality and attention to comfort do not match the price. It’s not a place I would return to.
- Kapała (9/5): - Bardzo klimatyczne mieszkanie z pięknym tarasem, urządzone z sercem. Było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Blisko metra, przystanku autobusowego i pięknego parku.
- Costantino (7/5): - Location. Terrace. Cleanliness. Kindness of the staff. Easy parking area downstairs. Close to the metro. No elevator. It should have been clearly mentioned in the description of the facility. The stairs to the bed in the apartment are not comfortable to climb.

- Dominika (10/5): Exceptional - I really liked the terrace and the fact that we had space in front of the windows - it is not obvious in such a crowded city as Rome, in one of my prior visit our windows overlooked a closed courtyard with neighbours windows everywhere. Very creative design solutions! It is a space with soul. It was nice to be there. Very responsive and proactive host! Lack of dishwasher;-) It is third floor without an elevator, which might be tough for older guests or families with children.
- Federica (9/5): I love this apartment so much, I'll be staying there again. - The location was excellent for me, close to downtown of San Giovanni where I thrive with my shopping. (And it was sales). The apartment itself is a little treasure. I felt as if I was in a cabin right in the middle of the city. Cozy, but yet spacious enough to have my girlfriends over. It was very clean and neat. And they had everything needed for me to feel as if it was my home. Actually IT IS my home! Everybody stay away! That's how much I enjoyed it. The balcony is out of this world. I was there in February, and I'm jealous of those who get to spend warmer days there... So the key handle to the apartment door is actually so easy that for me it was complicated. It took me some time to get a grip on it, (and I can't be the only one) so I was very frustrated about it the first few days. When you leave you dont need to close it. It closes by itself. Then when you open it, you just turn it to the right and then you press a little. Just put your back into it. The first night I was there I was freezing to death, because they forgot to turn on the heater system. So I had no heated water nor any heat in the apartment itself. BUT as soon as I told them the situation they sent someone to fix it, and then after that the apartment was very warm and cozy. Another thing to keep in mind. There is a train going right outside there, and it's quite nosy. You'll get used to it, but at first I found it a bit annoying.
- Kevin (7/5): Quirky apartment definitely worth a look - Quirky little apartment, allowing us the freedom to chill out with plenty of room rather than just a hotel room.
Despite the property being a little over 2 miles from the railway station and completely opposite direction from the tourist attractions, there are a couple of Metro stations within 5 minutes walk and a 7 day pass for €24 per person gives you access to all public transport (very easy to use).
There is also a mini supermarket and various little cafes/bistros within 5 minutes of the property so great to support small local businesses as well Double bed is on a mezzanine floor above the living area and with only a narrow, steep staircase (no handrail) could make it difficult for some guests with mobility issues to climb up to and also makes the property unsuitable for families with small children.
Minor repairs are needed, especially in the bathroom, where the shower screen and the shower head are only just hanging on
Bathroom is need of minor repairs, with the shower door and shower head bracket only just hanging on and I was worried about them coming off.
Initial access to the property is initially by 'virtual key' access, so you need to be tech-minded to figure out the process. Once in the property though there are keys for the outside gate and the building but the apartment is still only by 'virtual key' so make sure your phone has enough charge to get access at the end of a long day sightseeing.
Limited utensils make catering for an evening meal a bit difficult.
An information pack would have been useful giving guests an aid into how to get aroind Rome and also how to use appliances in the property.
Despite all the negatives above, I would still use this apartment again as a basepoint for seeing the sights.
- Chronic (3/5): Needs a once over, air conditioning doesn't work, Host gave us the run-around, some one is coming in - The terrace/balcony is very good, the wifi worked well, we got to check out at 11:00 and the location is very ideal. No elevator and it's on the top floor.
There is a washing machine and a sink for hand washing clothes.
Has a lot of potential, if the property is fixed up properly.
The hot water didn't work but the house taught us how to fix it. The air conditioning is only in one room (even though it's supposed to be a "studio") and the first time we asked some one to come over and fix it, they were late and only changed the batteries in the remote. The second time they kept us waiting all day, kept texting "some one is coming at x time" and by 21:00 at night no one had come. The air conditioning still did not work. They never let us know and never came. It was 36 degrees in rome and inside it was like a fish bowl. We had to spend money to buy our own fans.
Some one had been coming inside when we were not there. For example, we found a relatively fresh cigarette stub when neither of us smoke.
All the chairs were completely uncomfortable, nowhere to sit comfortably to work.
There was other people's junk in all the cabinets/drawers except one.
Lots of dust and dirty handprints on the wall.
Lots of locations charge the same or similar price and offer more acceptable conditions.
- Ronald (7/5): Good - Location, terras. No elevator its located on the 4th. Dirty floors in the apartment
- Vanina (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location .. Beautiful terrace and everything you need in apartment.Very kind host
