- Jamie (8/5): - Well appointed kitchen. Nice decor. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Very close to shopping arcade. Drive way entry. Car bottoms out over entry angle. Floor boards make alot of noise. No dryer in laundry.

- Martha (4/5): In short this is basic & functional accommodation but poorly cleaned & maintained. I would not stay there again. - The location was very suitable.: close to the river & Mathilda Bay, close to a supermarket, cafe & bakeries & close to my family. The host Terry was friendly & welcoming & easily contacted. The entrance lock was accessible & secure. The property was poorly maintained & lacking in cleanliness both inside & out. The exterior was messy, cluttered & down at heel. The interior was functional but not clean & again poorly maintained. The first coffee cup I reached for had a large lipstick smudge on it & an oven tray in the cupboard was dirty & sticky. The water from the shower pooled by the adjacent toilet in the bathroom & the window there would not stay open. On leaving we were expected not only to clean surfaces but to mop the floors & it was suggested that we might do the laundry! A swimming pool was advertised on the website but I couldn’t find one…

When reported it got offered to be fixed while I was there, this should have been addressed before I got there. - dust everywhere and not clean.
