• Gardenia (5/5): Not the comfortable and luxurious stay it said it was. - Beds were comfortable The dining table was at the front of the house at the entry way - not in the lounge room as in the picture - 3 chairs on the dining table were broken and so we had to sit on the floor for everyone to be together in.a room. Even in the kitchen and lounge - because there was not enough seats for all of us - people.had to sit outside to have dinner.and half inside. It advertised for 8 people - but to not have basic seating for 8 people - this was disappointing and painful as lounge chair was worn and old. House was clean because there was barely anything in it. The front of the house was overgrown and messy with weeds, rubbish and grass. It was not the "luxurious" and "comfortable" stay that it advertised as. Disappointing due to basic needs.
• khan (4/5): not happy - location There was no central air conditioning or heating in the property. Whenever I turned on two heaters at the same time, the circuit breaker would trip, causing all heaters to shut off. Additionally, tree trimming waste was left uncollected for over two weeks. The bathroom had issues with insects and ant. I reported the problem, but no action was taken.

• Kelly (6/5): Pleasant - The location is great and close to the shops and restaurants. Feedback - we were disappointed in no wifi available as the ethernet cable was missing and the router would not boot and lack of garden maintenance, our kids could not utilise the backyard and the house was the not cleaned properly we found glass pieces on the floors, hair and tissues and small drug bags on the window seals and out in the garden area. This is the bare minimum for an air bnb and you did not provide a mop or dust pan available, nor did you bother to get back to me to rectify the issue after I emailed you twice.  You've lost a regular customer as would have returned ,I have family down the road and would have used your property multiple times. You need to address the following - •Front porch light broken •Missing ethernet cable for modem  •Backyard slats trip hazard  •Front and backyard over grown garden  •One of the beds was loose (cream wood bed), you need to tighten it.  • Table with burns in the garage. The inside of the house is okay but definitely not professionally cleaned. I wish I could add more then 4 photos.

• Silvana (6/5): Ok, good size house but very cheaply built and cleanliness not up to scratch. - Location, nice layout of house, very comfortable beds. Very dirty walls, kitchen cupboard doors and oven door. Dining chairs cheap, easily breakable, outdoor chairs all dirty, no furniture in front room, dangerous step into bathroom, no aircons or heating upstairs, only one powerpoint in each bedroom so couldn’t even put both bedside lamps on.

• Tamatea (9/5): This is a great family house to stay, close to everything. - The house is wonderful, all beds were very comfortable and had everything needed. Great for a family of 5, everyone had their own room. Water pressure was good and the bath was well used throughout our stay. Close to take aways and supermarkets. Lots of space in the house. Neighborhood was very quiet, even on the weekend. Close to train station as well. Hosts response was very quick as well. Lights in the kitchen were dim but wasn't a big deal for us. Some spots on the bed linen and (more my opinion) more towels could of been made available for a 4 night stay. That being said, its a lovely house to stay.
