• Ивелин (3/5): Poor - Location and access. There were multiple items in the flat which I found were not as expected and were not matching the photos advertised. This has been quite disappointing. Multiple items were in bad condition upon arrival - including flooring, a bedroom window that was not closing and the front door missing the handle and parts of the chain lock, as well as the rubbish bin not having been emptied from previous guest, the freezer being full of ice. This has been quite disappointing.

• Akinade (9/5): Superb - The place was beautiful spacious and clean. There were an excess amount of toiletries and an amazing selection on hot beverages. Only bad thing to say was the price is way to high for the area considering its in Woolwich not Greenwich. I would rebook but only at a lower price.

• Kieran (1/5): AWFUL SCAM - Nothing This property cancelled saying they were double booked on Saturday 27 May, we spent 30 pounds from the airport to the accomodation and had to book really expensive last minute accomodation all the way at another airport (Heathrow). This caused us 3 hours of inconvenience, a lot of money and a lot of stress. They said they would refund straight away and it’s almost been a month, with no communication. We have screenshots to prove this, with ungenuine replies, no sorry’s or anything. Dishonest people, please do not support people like this in the world. We are two young travellers needing the money back and it’s such a shame that people like this exist in the world.

• Ayang (10/5): Homely - Clean place, friendly and very responsive host (Ian). I was surprised laundry and folding is free, coffee and sugar available as well. I highly recommend and would visit next time!
