- Patricia Roberta Berithe Pedrosa (10/5): Estadia tranquila e maravilhosa em Tambaú - O apartamento fica bem na orla de Tambau, e tem um isolamento acústico fantástico, permitindo total privacidade e descanso no seu interior. Ele é muito bem montado, e o proprietário tem a preocupação de fornecer otimos utensílios de cozinha, tudo que você precisa para passar bem a semana. Tem até air fry! O acesso é muito fácil e a fechadura eletrônica permite ir para praia sem a preocupação com chaves, gostei muito da experiência. Limpeza excelente. Ainda, o tempo todo o anfitrião estava à disposição para ajudar e esclarecer dúvidas. Nada a pontuar.
- Roberto (10/5): Estava um pouco acima das expectativas. - O condomínio é bem organizado e muito bem localizado. O apartamento é bem limpo. Com eletrodomésticos úteis e em excelentes condições. O ruído de fora é inaudível, deixando o ambiente ótimo para descansar. Cama e travesseiros excelentes. Tinha formiga no quadro. Precisa de uma desinsetização. E a acústica da parte interna não é boa. Ouve-se alguns barulhos dos moradores (coisa que não depende do anfitrião): sons das fechaduras eletrônicas, pessoas falando nos corredores e crianças chorando. Não nos incomodou, até porque foram situações bem pontuais, mas pode incomodar alguém mais sensível.

Now I understand, and agree wholeheartedly. Mr. Eliézer was extremely helpful before, during and after our stay. Now the apartment: it is a very cozy and welcoming unit, in a very peaceful building. The apartment is very well equipped, and the building pool is simply wonderful. Whenever I'm back in JP, there's only one place I'll stay in. This one. Nothing - the stay was flawless and exceeded our expectations.
