- Verified traveler (6/5): - The location was amazing and the staff was really nice and helpful. The place itself was pretty run down and dirty. It seemed like no one checked the cleanliness. There was piles of dust in back of the couches, beds and even right next to the bed the dust collection on the floors was visible. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and I had a pinched nerve in my neck after. I did pay a lot of money to stay there and I believe it’s because of the location. In addition I couldn’t find the parking lot that was associated with the place and was refunded my money. It sucks if you have to bring luggage/kids in and out although the security guard was helpful! The cost to benefit was only equal because of the amazing location and there’s nothing else in the area to stay for a family of 5/6.

- Jodi (2/5): Terribly disappointed - I am sad to say that we were very disappointed with our Quickstay apartment. The location was great and the layout of the apartment was more than adequate, but we arrived on a very hot day in May and the air conditioning did not work, the TV did not work. Quickstay had the TV repaired the next day although the signal continued to give us problems, and the air conditioning was repaired an hour before we departed. One more thing--the washing machine was broken. There were some lovely touches (a toothbrush and toothpaste) and the apartment was well-stocked with dishes, pots and pans--. We would have preferred some simple items like tissues and coffee, some sugar or sweetener. We brought our own toothbrushes and toothpaste.
- mary (10/5): Great Condo! Great location! - My husband and I were picking our daughter up from University and needed a convenient location with enough space for 4. The condo is in a fantastic location. We could walk to the University and it is easy to get around the area with a car. The space was small, but sufficiently big for our family and much more comfortable than a hotel would have been. I will consider staying again in the next 3 years while my daughter continues her studies.
