Philipp (2/5): - Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig. Die Küche gut ausgestattet. U-Bahn gleich um die Ecke. Die Unterkunft befindet sich nicht dort wo sie auf der Karte eingezeichnet ist. Sie befindet sich 1 Meter neben einer Zugstrecke. Man wird vor der Anreise gezwungen einen Verischerung-Voucher zu erwerben oder 500- zu hinterlegen. Bei der Ankunft war der Abfluss des Waschbeckens verstopft. Die Ausstattung ist sehr billig und ein sehr schlechtes Bett.

DIVYA (1/5): Worst experience ever - Flat was clean They told to follow Google map for location. But it was taking us to different locations. we tried to contact them multiple times, but they didn't reply. We had to roam around the street for more than 1 hour to find the exact location. Worst experience ever. Induction Hob was not working. I reported it to them but was not fixed. After almost 3 weeks of my stay, they claimed 246 pounds for a broken sofa bed leg ( which was absolutely alright when I checked out). Horrible experience.
SANDRA (7/5): Tarea ardua para llegar y acceder… las fotos solo hacen justicia al interior. - Cama incómoda, ruidoso, pegado a unas vías férreas con movimiento constantemente. El enlace que enviaron para acceder no funcionó. Accedimos gracias a una persona de la calle que nos ayudó con la ubicación ya que la indicada por mapa no es correcta. No hubo mucha ayuda por parte del propietario/booking.

María (5/5): - El apartamento es muy cómodo Pasan unas vías del tren al lado lo que provoca mucho ruido. Tuvimos un incidente con la luz en el apartamento que tardó en solucionarse 2 días, con los gastos derivados de llamadas internacionales y por supuesto la incomodidad.

Jennifer (6/5): Beautifully clean, well located, poor mattress. - Beautifully clean. Unclear instructions - There are 2 key code machines on the door, one of which is on the side and not easily visible. Instructions need to clearly say which key code machine they need to use and to press the green tick key after entering the code. The mattress was very basic and uncomfortable - perhaps a mattress topper might solve that problem.
