• Anna (8/5): Overall, a good value and worked well for us. - Perfect location for us, easy transit access, lively diverse neighborhood, large, clean, pleasant apartment. For US visitors, the neighborhood might feel like a place with safety concerns based on the urban cues we are used to reading, but we noticed families, women, and children out well after dark, seeming to feel safe and secure, so we followed their lead and had no troubles We were surprised that there was no front door security (the front entrance is just open 24hrs). No issues, but we might have felt more secure with a lock at least at night (again, we are US city people). The main bed sags and needs replacing.
• Anne-sophie (9/5): Affordable place for a family stay in Vienna - Very clean and comfortable apartment with everything we needed for a week as a family of four. There is a full kitchen including oven, microwave and most importantly washing machine. Tram in front of the door, great playground / park and supermarket nearby. I arrived at the official check-in time with two small children and the keys weren't there, I had to make multiple phone calls to get hold of them. As per the other reviews, the neighbourhood isn't very inspiring, but it is not dirty or unsafe. Do look it up before booking if you are not familiar so you know what to expect. The building itself is a bit run down and some of the neighbours were quite loud (eg shouting at night). Just before leaving we got a request to leave a 10-point review (as opposed to an honest one) which I always find distasteful.
• Olaf (10/5): Beautiful and well connected apartment - The apartment is clean, beautiful and very spacious exactly as described. All the necessities are present. Using public transport from the location is easy, as both the metro and tram stops are nearby. With bakeries and shops close the shopping is also very comfortable.
• Ezgi (10/5): Exceptional - The house is located in a place where you can easily go anywhere by public transportation. It is very clean, nicely decorated and has everything you need. The host is very helpful and polite. We were very pleased.

The owners have thought of everything to make one’s stay comfortable, from shower gel, hand soap, coffee machine/capsules, and even welcome cookies on arrival. The train station is a mere 5 minute walk from the apartment. Down town Vienna is 5 stops away. Convenient location. The owners were extremely helpful and quick to respond to messages. At first we thought that the property is in shady neighborhood, but it wasn’t that bad. In saying this, I would hesitate to walk the streets alone at night. The building itself is an eye opener. Dark, dirty & appeared ghetto-like. The lift wasn’t working on our first day.
• Jakub (9/5): Superb - It was a very pleasant stay. The place was comfortable and in the apartment was everything you could need. Also, the price-to-quality ratio was decent. Great for short-term stay and visit Vienna for a weekend. We traveled around Vienna, and the localization of the apartment provided very good access to both, the metro and the trams. The apartment is located very close to the tram line - it's a great and easy way to the city center, but it's also a little loud, especially during the night with the window open. The main door to the apartment has a milk glass. We are not used to such a solution, and it was a little weird for us. The lights in the main hall were turned on during the night, and some light came into the apartment.
