- TIZIANA (7/5): - The house had a great layout and overall suited our weekend stay well, however there were a few issues that need attention.
The fireplace area would be much more enjoyable with more comfortable seating. The bathrooms with the shower over the bath didn’t drain properly, and had a yellow film around the bath that appeared not to have been cleaned.
Some kitchen utensils were broken and had been placed back in the drawer, and the back of one of the kitchen stools was broken, which could be unsafe if someone leaned back on it. The cups were also stained, which wasn’t a great look.
Overall, the house could have been cleaner, although the sheets and towels were absolutely pristine, which we appreciated. As per above

- Guy (9/5): Value for money, excellent house in a good location, three blocks from the CBD. - Good location from CBD. Plenty of off-road parking. Very nice open plan living/kitchen area. Has an outdoor spa although it was a little chilly to use. If you have dogs, there is a fenced in back yard. It was difficult to get the house warm. There is a gas fireplace and a split system air-conditioner in the open plan area plus Electric Oil heaters in each bedroom.
The house was like an ice box on arrival, would recommend hosts turn on heating prior to guests arrival during the winter period.
