Excellent place to stay in Athens. Very well thought out and everything provided.
• Maddalena (9/5): Relaxing! Slept really well. - Spacious, bright, clean, very well appointed and quiet. The location was very convenient and easy for taxis/ubers, easy walking to Plaka, Acropolis, anywhere in the centre. The balcony overlooked a busy car park. Not really an issue. And goes hand in hand with convenience!

• Mark (10/5): Acropolis location heaven, best for privacy & quiet - Fabulous location looking out at the Acropolis, museum only 5 mins walk away. Super modern apartment, 10/10 for cleanliness & amenities, lots of cafes & a wonderful bakery (Takis) recommended by the host only 5 mins down the road. Next time in Athens this is the go-to place! The narrow & fairly steep stairs are a bit of a challenge with bags but worth it for being on the top floor!
• Peter (10/5): Very modern and comfortable apartment - Bed very comfortable. Position to monuments very good. The stairs up to the apartment needs an extra hand rail on the bare wall. The stairs will be a problem for the elderly. Also the picture of the apartment with trees outside give the impression the apartment is on the ground floor.
• Manninen (10/5): Excellent place for a tourist. - Very clean, obviously remodeled recently. Great location. Kitchen stocked. Great service. I would recommend to friends. Stairs to second floor. Not a problem for us but if you have a lot of luggage might be a problem.
• Lisa (9/5): Beautiful location in an amazing city. - The location of the property is extremely hard to beat. The Dionysis Restaurant across the street was excellent for fine dining with a beautiful view of the Acropolis. The shop owner downstairs saved us from a taxi scam and we were so appreciative. We felt safe at night and unrestricted to come and go with our tours. You are right on the walkway around the Acropolis and an 8 minute walk to most tours meeting place. You are extremely close to the Acropolis museum. We had plumbing problems in the bathroom with bathtub water rising in the shower and funny smell in the washing machine. They were quick to respond and offer to move us, but we were too busy with tours. It will be a major fix on rerouting, so I don't know if it can be fixed quickly. If you don't mind only showering and no wash of clothes it will be fine. I would not let this stop you from staying in this beautiful apt. We did have issues with our larger suitcase getting up narrow circular stairs to the third floor. No elevator. Actually the Extremely nice Segway tour operator did this for us since our luggage did not make it on time and we were passing the apt. when the American Airline driver bought them to our apt. two days later.
