• Nastassia (3/5): Обман - Апартаменты в целом хорошие. Я оплатила апартаменты. Приехали с ребенком. Хотели заселиться, ждали инструкции, чтобы войти. Оказалось надо было заполнить приветствие. Отправили все документы. Ждали под забором. Тишина. С нас запросили сверху еще 300 евро, если вдруг что то случится с апартаментами залог. Нам не давали ключ без оплаты. У нас было больше денег на счету. Наличными они не принимают. Сказали, что должны взять с нас хотя бы 70 евро ( 30 страховка за повреждения и 40 городской налог). На сайте пишет, что вы оплатили за жилье и больше никаких дополнительных расходов. Это обман. Нам пришлось доплачивать еще сверху, чтобы не спать с ребенком на улице. На сайте был указан паркинг, а в итоге сказали что паркинг стоит 35 евро где то в другом месте. Это все очень испортило впечатление от поездки.

• Laura (6/5): No repetiría - Las puertas del portal no cerraban bien, el agua de la ducha aguantaba poco tiempo caliente, hubo que ir a por las llaves a otro sitio diferente y cuando hablas con el alojamiento por privado te contesta una máquina.

• Monique (3/5): Zeer matig - Locatie Bij aankomst (00.15) in de nacht lag er geen sleutel in het sleutelkastje. Eigenaar appartement was onvereikbaar. Ook het noodnummer was onbereikbaar. Hotel moeten zoeken op dat tijdstip…..(€€€!) Vlgde dag werden sleutels gebracht. Bleek echter verkeerde sleutelbosje. Eigenaar was wederom telefonisch onbereikbaar. Reageerde wel per app. Sleutel van hek ontbrak. Dit werd om 23.30 alsnog bezorgd.

• parma (4/5): Deludente - Posizione Esperienza deludente. Il divano letto era individuale e molto piccolo, poco adatto a una persona di statura normale, oltre ad essere vecchio e scomodo. Anche il divano del soggiorno era in cattive condizioni. Nella camera principale, materasso e cuscini di scarsa qualità, e alcuni dettagli dell’armadio non completati. La pulizia non era accurata in tutte le zone.

• Richard (6/5): Mediocre - Provides the basics for a short city trip. The location is very nice. The wifi is terrible and they know it, yet do nothing about it. The TV was hanging loose, almost falling. The bed is not comfortable. The hot water is finished after one person showers, so the second person will have cold water. Also beware that you have to pay extra costs via their platform before check-in. Staff is not very nice.
• Anastasiya (7/5): Good - After a non-refundable booking through Booking.com, I was contacted by a third-party host (FlexyRent Milano) who requested extremely personal data — scans of ID cards for me and my children (including a minor), residential address, place of birth and even a selfie. I was also charged an additional €69 beyond the price shown on Booking. This was a very uncomfortable experience and I am deeply concerned about the safety of my personal information.

• Mirstation1 (6/5): A bad experience. A SCAM to make extra money from unsuspecting clients. - Location and the design. This felt like a scam. The final charge was over 130€ more than given on my Invoice. I was told by the boss of Flexyrent, Mr. Bruno Sacchi, in person in his office, that some mistakes might have been made, and that he would return some money to me (57€ + 10€). That would help. But until today, 4 weeks later, he did not. In the over-charge of 130€+, I was also charged 90€ for cleaning and towels, which was not mentioned when I booked and not shown on my invoice. I tried sending information to Booking.com, but they did not help me. I don't want to write a bad review, but I was scammed out of 130€. For a 3 day stay, that's a lot of money. I guess I must recommend all guests to stay away from Flexyrent Milano and from Booking.com - both have been dishonourable and at the end, dishonest. Also, small complaint about the noise: The water system was making a noise most of the night. It was right next to the bed. It was impossible for me to sleep, so I had to buy ear plugs. For that money, I would expect a quiet place to sleep, wouldn't you?
• Luna (9/5): Studio apartment - A nice, comfortable, bright and quiet space for travelers who like to relax and be close to the city center, and away from the airport. The price was reasonable. You must leave a deposit that will be returned to you at the end of your stay. The hosts were attentive to my questions and guided me through the check in and check out process. Additionally, there is an instruction booklet. You can even wash your tourist clothes on the first day so that they can dry, and prepare coffee.

Unpleasant surprise -the directions that were given were very confusing because the screenshot of the location on the map was wrong. I struggled 30 minutes to find the place. -you receive a bundle of 4 keys and no information to use what key when. Frustrating -the “no showering past 22pm” rule is very unrealistic in summer

• Papa (7/5): Great Potential - The area is perfect, love the design of the space. The shower pressure is perfect!! The curtain on one window didn't move and the blinds on the other window didn't work well, both emitted a lot of dust and all of the interesting items on the shelf dusty.
• Julia (5/5): Passable - Great location, beautifully renovated apartment Minus for complicated check in process which is not clear from the start, you have to fill in additional forms and pay deposit, then collect the key on another address. Apartment is on ground floor which is also not clear from advert. Noisy from street. Curtains not adjustable so always dark.
• Milos (9/5): Excellent value for money. - Location is great, really, like a small green park across the street. Different apartments floor levels are interesting in therms of differences the spaces. Very cute indeed. Nice position of bedroom at the top level, feels cozy and nice for sleeping. Too many keys and locks. Parking could be resolved more efficiently.

• Panna (10/5): We had an amazing time, everything was convinient - Everything was clean, and it was well equipped. The beds and sofa were comfortable. It was perfect for the three of us.
• Iaconetti (3/5): Poor - the property itself was great and looked good and did the job perfectly the extra charge for cleaning (80e) which was never mentioned till after I booked with a no cancelation clause of course and to be asked to leave the place clean before I leave making me think why I’m paying the money in the first place and then the 30e charge for insurance which I declined and got charged anyways . had no wifi during the whole stay and telling the host who responded the technician is working on it but never got back to me which of course no technician was working on it and ad I arrived I never got greeted and found the office by luck and popped in to ask questions and was simple told you got the instructions right . after going down to get the key to come bs I up to the apartment and no batteries in the remote so went to him and showed him . which he said sud you not see the second remote like I know or suppose to guess they have two but the one thing he did is get me batteries . also tv was down but watched Netflix’s just be prepared to pay more than expected and don’t expect anything for your only a dollar sign and nothing more
• Tara (7/5): Good - Location was good. Apartment clean and tidy. Nice to have breakfast included. Host not very attentive, didn't meet us. Towels and cleaning expensive for what you get. Lock on bathroom door dodgy, husband got locked in bathroom. Need mirror upstairs.
• Sandra (7/5): Good - Close (5- 8 min Walk) to Navigli Restaurant area, Shopping areas as Well as small local Shops (Fashion, shoes, Design stuff, bakery, butcher, Café..), Nice and Clean Appartement which has all you need, quite in comparison to the bustling nightlife and Shopping streets. Close to locals.
• Zak (8/5): Very good - Very clean, everything you could need in an apartment, nice area close to local attractions Nothing to complain about, other than gates locked at 8pm, you are given a key to get in but it is very difficult.
