• guillermo (7/5): - Apartamento espacioso. Bien comunicado. Muy cerca de la estación de metro de Caledonian Road. Cerca de tiendas para comprar lo necesario que surge: alimentación y limpieza... El espacio de las duchas muy justito. La alarma de humo en la cocina, se dispara a la mínima. Imposible cocinar sin que se disparé al menos una vez. Hay que cocinar con un abanico en la mano para disipar el humo.

Czystość zdecydowanie do poprawy. Brudne garnki w kuchni i dużo kurzu oraz prawie w ogóle nie działające WIFIa jeśli działało to tylko w salonie. Gdyby nie to ocena była by na 10.

• Claudia (9/5): Schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Terrasse. - Der Kontakt zu dem Eigentümer, der das Geschäft unter der Wohnung führt, war super freundlich. Dort wurde auch der Schlüssel abgeholt und wir konnten unser Gepäck am Abreisetage deponieren.

• Georgia (8/5): Good, convenient stay! - Location was excellent. Amenities was good, having 2 bathrooms was very handy and the decking was a lovely add on! WiFi never worked during the whole stay and the kettle was full of limescale so was unusable. No key for back doors either.

Situated right above host’s grocery shop which had everything needed for the weekend Fully equipped. Convenient for public transport. There was a bus stop just around the corner. Fabulous Italian bistro about 5 minute walk away. Sofa bed rather uncomfortable. Not enough comfortable seating for 4 people.
• Guilherme (7/5): Grande casa, para repetir certamente, com uma melhoria identificada para tornar ainda melhor. - A casa tinha um espaço muito bom e ideal para 4 pessoas, era confortável e muito bem localizada. Preço excelente. A casa podia estar mais limpa. Não nos pareceu ser uma limpeza muito a fundo, e alguns móveis tinham pó.

Lovely people, nothing too much trouble. 2 bathrooms and outdoor space too was great value for money The only real issue was the lack of comfortable seating, the tiny sofa only accommodated 2 people so the others had to sit at the table to watch TV.

• Martina (8/5): - Appartamento accogliente e tipico inglese, dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici e i servizi. Spazi ampi.La metro è a 5 minuti di cammino, e in 20 minuti si raggiunge il centro di londra.quartiere tranquillo. Andrebbe curata un po di piu la pulizia nei vari angoli della casa (doccia e appoggi vari). Il secondo bagno è diviso in due locali (water in uno e doccia e lavandino nell altro) quindi un po scomodo.

• Beatriz (8/5): Great - Muy bien ubicado, esta muy bien el apartamento. Los dueños del apartamento nos dejaron entrar antes y fueron muy agradables. Nos dejaron dejar las maletas en la tienda hasta que tuvimos que coger el tren. Genial Me faltó un poco de limpieza extra en los recovecos del baño

• Michela (4/5): - La posizione è buona, ben collegata al centro. Sotto l'appartamento c'è un negozio di alimentari gestito dai proprietari dell'appartamento, ci hanno anche tenuto le valigie l'ultimo giorno dopo il check out per permetterci di visitare la città senza portarle con noi. Sono stati molto gentili. L'appartamento è molto sporco. C'è polvere ovunque, Le lenzuola avevano peli e capelli. I materassi sono sfondati e mancano alcune doghe dalle reti, quindi si dorme malissimo. Il pavimento era sporco, non era nemmeno stato spazzato ne lavato. Le tende della camera da letto principale non erano uscuranti perciò entrava molta luce. Quando abbiamo lavato i piatti in cucina, poi si è intasata la doccia e sono venuti fuori residui di cibo che avevamo tolto poco prima dai piatti. Ci sono solo 3 sedie, quindi uno di noi ha dovuto mangiare sul divano perché eravamo in 4. Mancano molti utensili in cucina, è molto difficile cucinare con così poche cose.
• Tuvesson (8/5): - Lugnt område. Nära till buss och tunnelbana. Det saknades stolar så att alla kunde sitta. Det fanns bara ett stort täcke/lakan i sängarna.
• Anežka (6/5): - Ubytování je opravdu prostorné se dvěma ložnicemi a koupelnami. Nechází se v klidné části Londýna nedaleko stanice metra Caledonia road. Lokace byla výborná. I nedaleko stadionu Arsenalu Jediný, co bychom vytkli je nedostatečný úklid. Vypadalo to, jako by to bylo uklízeno na poslední chvíli. Zrcadlo v koupelně nebylo dostatečně vyleštěný, byly velké šmouhy. Na zemi bylo dosti smetí a na poličkách dost prachu. Pokud by se tohle vylepšilo - celkový úklid apartmánu, tak by to byl apartmán s hodnocením 9 a výš.

• Christopher (5/5): - Area is quiet , shop just below so convenient for little purchases staff are very friendly and welcoming. Kitchen is lovely small & compact with everything you need. Ensuite shower in bigger bedroom is also a nice touch not huge but perfect for your needs. Had to strip down bedding in one of the rooms as there was bits & someone's body hair in bed. Smaller room has one bedside table with a lamp but other side no unit with a pointless floor light meaning everything has to try be put on one side. The small shower room is tiny I'm 6ft 1 and wide I could squeeze in it sideways but no way enough room to move and clean myself so even tho convenient for younger people staying for a larger grown person it's not suited. TV speakers have been popped so sound is awful when wanting relax watch a movie. It's outdated needs some TLC putting into the property maybe some new fresh flooring and a fresh coat of paint.
• Sven (5/5): Könnte schön sein.... - Die Wohnung ist geräumig und in guter Entfernung zur U-Bahn. Die Küchenausstattung ist halbwegs ausreichend. Die zwei Badezimmer sind echt praktisch. Der Wohnung täte eine gründliche Reinigung gut, über allen Dingen liegt ein Schmutzfilm und ein stechender Reinigungsmittelgeruch. Wahrscheinlich wurde nur großzügig mit Febreze gesprüht. Die Möbel sind wacklig, für den Esstisch gibt es nicht genug Stühle für 4 Personen. Keinerlei Parkmöglichkeit für Langfristparken in der Nähe.

• Joanne (10/5): Fab apartment - Fab location, lovely quiet area, everything you need for a trip away in the apartment, the lady working in the premier store downstairs was amazing and friendly and so good with my son even gave him free chocolate when we checked out. The kids loved the straw hats they found in the bedrooms!
• Rachel (9/5): Great Stay - The location, nice and peaceful staff in shop downstairs very friendly. Was a lovely stay. Only 1 thing, could have done with some oven gloves as there is nothing to get food out of oven and possibly tea towels.
• Rukayyah (8/5): Overall was very good, no disturbances and very spacious however was very dusty and unclean. Only one shower was usable - Very good value for money, hospitable and shopkeepers downstairs were very helpful. There was a lot of dust across the property which triggered allergies for several travellers. Underneath beds were covered in dust so cleanliness needs to be taken seriously. Also a sofa bed or extra pillows and duvets/blankets would be nice

• Driver (9/5): Excellent flat in a great location - The flat is a great size, it had everything we needed, we were 2 sisters and my 8 year old son. The place was clean and comfortable, a great location too just round the corner from Caledonian road tube station. The neighbourhood felt safe and was residential, Twain the property manager was very welcoming and helpful when we needed an extra key. He checked in on us and was easy to get a hold of if we needed it. The Owner runs the Premier shop downstairs and he was very friendly checking everything was OK and checking if we needed anything. We really appreciated the hospitality and kindness shown to us The only small points we had was bedroom 2, the mattress is a bit worn on one side so my sister felt she was falling into that side through the night. There can be a sewage smell from the shower in the hall, but city drainage isn't always great and if you run the shower for 5-10min the smell goes away no problem. I'd highly recommend this place though and will look to book again on a future visit.

• Jayne (8/5): For the 2 nights we stayed,we were happy with the accommodation, and would stay again. - Although generally clean,a little more attention could have been made in the kitchen area. Dining room table ,a leg was very loose and in danger if falling off.
• Annette (4/5): Could be improved with a good clean and drains cleared - Bedrooms were comfortable but bathrooms disgusting. Location good, closer to underground and King’s Cross. Can’t recommend until it has a deep clean. Bathrooms filthy, need deep clean. Shower heads so dirty you don’t want to use the shower. Also shower water so hot you can’t use the showers anyway. Also major problem with drains. We had to leave the apartment for 30 mins as smell of sulphur gas so bad two of us vomited when the smell emerged from the bathroom into the hall. Contacted owner on day and no response
• Claire (9/5): Cosy, quiet and comfy stay for two of us in Islington. - The location was perfect for a trade fair we were exhibiting at - The Business Design Centre. It was quiet, as stated, and we managed to get the TV working and log into our Netflix account. The beds were clean and we were both warm enough. I brought my own pillow, but my partner had no complains about his sleeping. The shower in the en-suite worked fine for us, and the towels were soft and fresh. The owner seemed genuinely concerned when we decided to leave a day early (due to a parking problem that was nothing to do with the flat) - but wished us as safe journey as we left our keys. I would definitely use this location again if needed. I forgot to tell the host, but the two doors leading to the outdoor patio did not lock. Therefore the flat was never fully secure during our stay. As it only looked like this bit was accessible via the next-door flat, we took our chances but didn't leave any valuables there, just in case. We did not use the shower in the middle of the flat, because there was a bad drains smell coming from there. There was no live TV. It didn't really impact our stay, but it would have been nice to watch the news in the morning.
