• Floofie (10/5): Spacious, Quaint B7 - The property is admittedly older (they are upfront about it on the website) but it is clean, well-equipped AND fantastically well-located with a bus-stop right outside. There's a bus every 15mins or so. Added convenience - 5mins walk to 88 Broadway with AusPost, cafes, Asian mart, supermarket, eateries, etc. 1 car park in the blue lots. We were here in summer and while the aircon unit is only in the main bedroom, the apartment while on the top floor was quite cool. On hotter days, we turned the aircon on and the stand fan circulated the cool air through the unit. Terry (the owner) is a lovely person with a wealth of knowledge and so willing to chat and share. Laundry is $4 a load and dryer another $4 a load in the basement (2×$2 coins). We were here in summer so we hung the clothes to dry in the enclosed balcony with the plentiful hangers and hanging rack available in the apartment. Do note that you'll need your own detergent too. Would be perfect especially for longer stays if the apartment has its own laundry facilities.

• Mark (7/5): It was good - and the location was perfect for what I needed. There were just a few small issues. - Wifi was terrible. The TV remote didn't work. The kettle was rusted. The bed rolled around on the floor. Ceiling fan in bedroom below average.

• Hockridge (6/5): Great if you need to be at UWA. - Set out well. Clean. Next door to UWA - location was perfect. It’s an apartment block with no extra facilities.

• David (7/5): Not cheap but ok - location is good, close to some shops and cafes/takeaways and the river and the city. parking on the property was limited and not easy to actually park the small car in the small spaces. The bed was not great, the kitchen tap felt like it could break at any moment and sometimes the plumbing was extremely noisy.
• Kellie (7/5): Property met our needs for a longer stay although I feel like it is more suited to a couple. - Location is convenient, close to public transport and shops and a short distance to Kings Park and into the city. Access instructions were clear and easy to follow for out of hours access. Everything we required for an extended stay (e.g cooking equipment/hanging space) was provided. Welcome flower left on the bench at the start of our stay was homely and appreciated, thank you. The property is advertised as two bedroom which technically it is, although the second bedroom is a small converted ‘sleep out’ which was extremely cold as there is no heating to this part of the flat. No detergent available for the laundry. In addition to the price deducted by booking.com I was required to give my credit card details to deduct a security deposit. Two weeks after leaving the accommodation I am still waiting for return of the deposit and have received no correspondence from the accommodation regarding its whereabouts, or if there were any issues.

• Sikta (9/5): Very comfortable with great location - The location was very good with bus stands, shopping centre and UWA nearby. The property was clean and well maintained. Overall a very comfortable stay! None
