• Liau (1/5): - Cleanliness and air conditioner is good It happened at 5:30am, 9/5/2026. we listened the stranger try to open our door, luckily we have locked the door, anyways it disturb our sleepness at night and both of us worry about it while staying in the hotel, please aware of it and bad staying experience ever.

• Jordan Wen (3/5): - I like to have a toilet inside the room, the toilet door is very loud when closing the door, it's quite noisy when many people are using the toilet, because of the door. The room doesn't have a kettle to boil the water to make coffee, it's too bad, the location is too far away from the CIQ and shopping center.

• Siang Ping (9/5): Great for short stay, prefer going there in daytime - The beds are individually boarded so a lot of privacy there. The facilities are still new, so still clean. The self check in is very convenient for late night travelers like me. Basic amenities are there: towel, shampoo, body wash. The hair dryer doesn’t seem to be working. Or it’s just really hard to use. The lone staff does not look like they want to engage so I left it at there. Tea coffee biscuit was scarce, but the water dispenser was there and it was good to fill up bottles before you head out. The road to this place at night was a bit creepy and dangerous.
• Beilly (9/5): Good for budget - Comfortable for a capsule hotel. The bed capsule is big enough and you don't get bothered by other people. The shared bathroom is often left dirty. Of course not the hotel's fault, but more frequent cleaning would be appreciated.

The bed was comfortable, there's a plug to charge the phone and an additional usb charger. Bathroom clean with good water pressure . Easy walking distance from JB CIQ/JB Sentral My brain didn't work too well because I was tired from travelling so a little introduction how everything works by staff would have been nice. Though they helped me out when I asked, so no problem

Feel safe, have a key card to access the room, for each bed has their own room and lock, so your bag & luggage can be put under the bed safe. The washroom toilet is big and clean even if it is shared. It's easy to get a Grab car quite cheap RM5 only. Quite far walking distance to JB Sentral is not as described on the map.

• Jiwon (4/5): 개선 필요 - 위치 침대 시트가 깨끗하지 않았다. 화장품이 묻어 있어서 깜짝 놀랐다. 요즘은 게스트하우스에 가도 깨끗한 시트를 주는데 충격적이었다. 화장실은 환기구가 없어 냄새가 방으로 다 들어왔다. 셀프 체크인이라고 하는데 바로 인식이 안 돼서 시간이 한참 걸렸다.

• Ng Su Suan (5/5): - Nothing Didn't notice it's a shared bathroom and a very small room, it got a smell also. The toilet got a smell, and the room got a smell. I prefer the old style of hotel than this kind, even though Singapore is also like this; if I saw it, I wouldn't book it haha.

The morning staff was very helpful to get a replacement card and waived my penalty because the night staff was not helpful and I had nowhere to stay for the last night. The night staff was not helpful to help me get a spare card or unlock the electricity since I had lost mine.

• Jia Yearn (8/5): Compact Room, Excellent Comfort - The room is small but extremely clean. The pillows and towels are excellent, adding comfort to the stay. The only minor drawback is that the table is on the smaller side, so it’s better suited for light use rather than extended work.

• Bookwong (10/5): Exceptional - Just renovated for few months so it's very new and clean. Good comfy bed. No funny smell in room, bathroom very clean, water pressure very good. Will revisit in the future. Not really for walking to attraction.
• Adem (7/5): Basic clean night stay - It's very very clean and seems all new. Bed was very comfy. WiFi was good. Had water filter machine in reception. Walking distance to shopping centre and border crossing to Singapore. We got a grab but you could walk it in 15 mins. A beautiful coffee shop next door called bearth. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything everyone is doing. The self check in and out is pointless. A staff member watches you faffing at a machine then comes and does it for you. The 50 RM cash deposit is again a pain. I was leaving Malaysia the next morning and had to get cash for a deposit.
• Yizhe (8/5): Very good - The room was clean and comfortable. you can walk from CIQ to the hotel around 15 minutes. It just opposite R&F.
• Bobby (5/5): Passable - could've been better if the staff was sitting in the lobby would remind their guest that car are to park by the site of the hotel building since its not legal to park there and the fine by MBJB was quite hefty.
