- Samantha (3/5): Unfortunately won’t be staying here again - Self catering Stained blankets on sofa bed where children were meant to sleep, wafer thin pillows, poorly decorated no tv connection or WiFi for tv - unhappy children due to this on the upside great location as a base, host was helpful and polite

- Kathryn (4/5): Disappointing - It was close to the O2 as we were going for a gig Check in was supposed to be at 3, the host did message to say that the cleaners needed an extra hour, so wouldn’t be available until 4. This was fine as the host kindly offered to sub our parking. However, I got there at 4 and the cleaners were still working, but nobody was in the house. So all the beds were stripped and not made, there was a bag of laundry in the hallway, and a hoover out. I left the property again and returned at 5pm to find the cleaners were still there. I was alone at this point and didn’t want to enter the property alone as I could see it was a male cleaner. I waited outside in the cold and rain for 20 mins whilst my friends arrived. We needed to be changed and out by 6pm so had to go in whilst the cleaners were there. Luckily my friends had joined by this point so felt safer entering the property then, but we had to start getting ready when the cleaners were there. They eventually left at about 5.40. It wasn’t until we got home we then realised that 3 out of the 4 beds had no bottom sheets on! This was gone mid night at this point and nothing we could do. There was also no towels or oven glove provided in the kitchen so we had to use bathroom towels to get stuff out of the oven. I also messaged the hosts to say the WiFi password didn’t work, and they messaged it over, but it was still wrong. Overall very disappointing stay!
- Gershon (10/5): The washroom is so glossy i have fell down and my spain is damaged - The washroom is so glossy i have fell down and my spain is damaged The washroom is so glossy i have fell down and my spain is damaged
- beata (4/5): - Dobra lokalizacja.

- Tono (5/5): - The location of the property was excellent — very close to the O2 and surrounded by plenty of shops. Public transport was convenient, and we could reach the venue in under 10 minutes by bus The house itself was disappointing. It didn't feel clean or fresh when we arrived — the air was stuffy, and it seemed like the property hadn’t been occupied or properly cleaned in a while. This was surprising given the host’s comment about potentially interrupting cleaners if we arrived early.
The kitchen table was unstable, possibly due to a broken leg, and didn’t feel secure to eat at. The fridge had a buildup of limescale and didn’t look hygienic, so I had to clean both the fridge and freezer myself before storing any food.
In the bathroom, the taps were leaky and loose — we had to tighten them ourselves — and overall the fixtures felt quite worn. The bed on the ground floor near the living room had a broken base, making it uncomfortable and unstable to sleep on.
The overall appearance of the property suggested it needed repainting and general upkeep. I later read older reviews that mentioned similar issues, which unfortunately don’t seem to have been addressed. I didn’t check the reviews properly beforehand and just went by the “pleasant” rating of 6, assuming the location would make up for it. In hindsight, I wish I had looked more closely.
I suppose for the price and location, it was manageable, but the lack of maintenance and cleanliness definitely took away from the experience.
- Warren (3/5): No hot water spoilt our stay. - Great location to walk to O2 No hot water - only realised in the morning when we all needed a shower. There was no time to contact the host as we needed to leave to catch a train home. No response from host yet after messaging issue. Ants in the hallway too.
- Paige (10/5): Excellent and accommodating - Beautiful home N/a
- David (9/5): Very pleased with the property and my stay - The property is located in an area that has lots of shops and facilities, I found it a very cosy
- John (8/5): Perfect for our requirements - Great location A little tired
- Naomi (4/5): Disappointing -
- Clare (9/5): Just what we needed - Location was excellent for the 02
- Fiona (1/5): Dangerous electrics and not at all as described. - Location not in Greenwich, about 10 mins in taxi from Greenwich. No local tube stops. Not at all as described. No working WiFi. Dangerous electrics. Dishwasher and tv don’t work. Coffee machine doesn’t work. Only 1 working shower (upstairs bathroom has bath only. 3 mugs!!! 4 dishes. A few mismatched plates. Not enough cutlery. Not fit for purpose. Shocking experience and little help from the owner or booking.com. Hugely disappointing.
- Niamh (7/5): Great value and location - It was such a great size and the location was perfect just a 25 minute walk to the O2. The neighbour hood was so quiet as well. The beds were unbelievably comfy and each room was a great size. Good value for the size and location. It wasn’t very clean and has certainly missed some much needed TLC. The garden was in a bad state of repair with broken fences, weeds and rubbish, you wouldn’t want to be out there if the weather was nice. The fridge had a lot of limescale from the water dispenser. The house needed a fresh lick of paint and a good deep clean. The WiFi was also pretty bad, poor connection and in the end we just used our data.
- Louise (7/5): Great location - Fabulous location, great size rooms. Comfy beds. Parking outside. The hosts were fantastic.
You get what you pay for, it's a fabulous size property in a wonderful location. You can't expect five star for the price they are charging. The house is very much a mish mash of furniture that makes it feel like a student house that requires a lot of work as it's run down and shabby. WiFi is awful. It's a shame there is nowhere to eat as a family.
- Natacha (7/5): Good -
- Vivers (7/5): Excellent location for O2, big bedrooms and local shop near by. Greenwich Town/ Cutty Sark near by too. - Location to The O2, the bus stop was at the top of the road. Retail park very close by and food outlets too. Big lounge and beds were also comfy. It was the house was Cold when we arrived but host very quickly resolved this by coming around and getting the heating on.
The shower did not work upstairs.
- Jan (10/5): Let’s be honest. This isn’t exactly a five-star hotel. It’s an older house with slower internet and a couple of cracks i -
- Sones (8/5): Very good - Enough space for Family The doors of the bathroom and the WiFi is too slow.
