• Esteban (8/5): Lugar perfecto pero tiene plaga de cucarachas - El lugar es muy cómodo hay mucho espacio y todo funciona perfecto. El edificio tiene un pequeño problema está infestado de cucarachas de las pequeñas, desde mi perspectiva no es muy problemático pero mucho cuidado porque podrían terminar llevándose una plaga a sus hogares. Me pasó que llegando a migración cuando me pidieron que abriera mi maleta de mano apareció una amiguita de estas que al parecer quería viajar conmigo.

• Magaly (8/5): Very good - It’s very nice, beautiful and spacious. The only downside would be that it would be great if they left around four coffee filters, so when you arrive late you can still enjoy a cup of coffee. Also, the glass door from the kitchen to the balcony was dirty, with dog paw prints and children’s handprints. Also one of the drawers in the main bedroom dresser was broken. Beside from those small details, the place was wonderful, the host was excellent, and I highly recommend it. Something else we found a bit strange was that when we checked in, we noticed the checkout time was listed as 11 a.m. However, later we received a message asking us to check out by 10 a.m. It wasn’t an issue for us since we had a long trip ahead, but it could be a problem for other families.

• Fernando (8/5): Excellent but it lacks maintenance. - The apartment is excellent. Spacious, with lots of sunlight, comfortable beds and good appliances. We had a few problems during our stay. The toilet seat in the main bathroom was loose, held in place only by screws. We called maintenance twice and no one showed up. The blinds in the kitchen fell on one of the guests' feet for no reason. Luckily, she wasn't hurt. The sink disposal wasn't working. It is clear that the apartment requires frequent maintenance.
