• CATHERINE (8/5): - I had a really fabulous stay. The apartment was exactly as advertised—the photos matched perfectly, which I always appreciate. It was on a high floor, which made the space feel even more special, and everything inside the apartment was well-equipped and thoughtfully set up. I especially liked how comfortable and clean everything was. One of the biggest conveniences was having the tram station right outside the apartment, which made getting around quite easy. If I had to point out a few personal preferences, I would have liked more amenities (like cafes or shops) within immediate walking distance, as most places required a bit of a walk or a few stops on the tram. That said, this is more about my own travel style—I realised I personally prefer staying right in the heart of Melbourne CBD, and it’s not a fault of the apartment at all. The only small downside for me was that the bed was a little too soft for my liking. Also, since my stay was for 9 nights, it would have been more convenient to have additional towels provided upfront rather than needing to request them multiple times. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and a great apartment—I really enjoyed my time here.

Spacious and comfortable for our group of four. It is nice being able to cook if you want to and to sit around and chat, play cards etc at night. The single beds were just comfortable, not wonderful as was the Queen bed.

• Jacqueline (8/5): Great space at a bargain. - Location, comfortable, safe easy access, easy check-in. Bedroom lamps in one room didn't work, one towel was threadbare with a hole in it, iron spat rust out onto clothes so needs a good descaling, a small longlife milk provided would've been lovely, clear instructions to keep lights on to enable the washing machine would've been good.
• Pitchaya (10/5): Great place to stay! - The place was exactly as shown in the picture. Very beautiful room with large spaces for 5 people. The location was just in the city where you can access tram within 1 min and train within 5 mins walk. The extra bed (sofa bed) wasn’t prepared when we arrived. The lady who showed us the room said she was going to bring new sheets for us but we ended up using toppers and sheets that were inside the closet (not sure if it had been washed prior to our stay). I had to wash those sheets again before my stay.

• Susan (7/5): Good - good location, very light. The fake plants were very dusty they need cleaning. The balcony windows could be cleaned. Noisy from the street and Friday and Saturday night from a club nearby that has loud music until 4am.
• Kelly (9/5): Awesome location! - The apartment was clean and large enough for 4 adults. Great location, handy to the trams and Southern Cross Station. I'm from a small town so wasn't use to the noise of the city. Was a little noisy if you left the windows open at night.

• Susan (8/5): Sisters Melbourne get-away - great place to stay and chat - easy access to shopping and restaurants. - Excellent location, across the road from Southern Cross Station and right out front is the tram - in the free tram zone. Great view of the surrounding cityscape. Nice pool. REquested extra linen for sofa bed - only one sheet was there. It would be good to have 2 sheets for the bed. There was a coffee pod machine, but no pods. There was ground coffee, but no plunger or pot to use it in.
• Caitlin (10/5): We had a fabulous 4 days in Melbourne venturing around the city, enjoying the superb food Melbourne has to offer. We did - The property was spacious and located close to nearby restaurants, cafes and city sites. Felt like more of a home still with the luxury of a hotel. Definitely good value for money. Tram stop out the front with free inner city rides.
