• Lukáš Blažej (6/5): Promising accommodation ruined by the owner’s lack of interest - Enough heating (after letting it warm up) Clear instructions for getting the key. Disgusting dishwasher rack that needed replacement months ago. Some lights flickering. You can hear every person leaving the house and it will wake you up. A month after our stay, we have still not received an invoice that we requested through Booking when making the reservation. Weird deposit situation, luckily it was not authorized by our company and the credit card charge was blocked, it did not affect our stay in any way.

• Lotte Hauge (5/5): En blandet oplevelse! Vi var klar over, lejligheden var i en (høj) kælder, men det var nu alligevel mere fugtigt end ven - Beliggenheden og fordelingen af rum. Nem check in. Gode senge. Stort potentiale. Mere fugtigt end ventet (lejlighed i høj kælder). Skrald i køkkenet ved ankomst og ingen adgang til baggård til bortskaffelse. Savnede lidt forklaring til lejlighed udover check in.
• Kristina (5/5): - Lage war gut (nähe ÖV). Die Wohnung war sauber und funktional ausgestattet. Wohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoss! Sehr dunkel & feucht. Badezimmer für 6 Personen sehr, sehr klein. Es ist zwar alles vorhanden was man braucht, jedoch kein Flair - nicht gemütlich.
• Anna (7/5): Not great not terrible - The accommodation is quite pretty and spacious, though the bathroom is tiny. The street is quite busy but it was okay during the night and we could sleep alright. We received a numerical code to open the doors but it was a struggle. The instructions told us to find a door next to a big window and enter the code – which we did but then couldn't get in. It turned out the building had three separate entrances and we were at the wrong one – but none of that was mentioned in the instructions. It also wasn't easy to find a phone number to call in case of trouble. Originally we booked a different accommodation which was changed a few days ahead (which I understand). We were booked into this place as a group of 6 while there were only 4 beds and 2 people had to sleep on a sofa. It was okay for one night but for a longer time it would be quite uncomfortable.

• Basil (5/5): Would not stay there again - It was not expensive It was a basement flat with a very restricted low doorway which you had to crouch right down to get underneath. Once inside the flat it smelt of damp which would be inevitable in the basement flat. Furthermore, it was in a ghastly area of Berlin with every building covered in graffiti.
• Leng (7/5): Reasonable priced apartment for marathon weekend. Good location. Limited by only 1 small toilet - Price was ok for Berlin marathon weekend. Location was good with an excellent vietnamese restaurant around the corner Apartment was Only 1 tiny toilet for an apartment capable to hold 6 pax or more. Toilet sink didnt work but we didnt have time to get owner to fix it as the procedure seems complicated

• Rob (9/5): Great time. - Great location. Nice rooms, good kitchen. Only ONE negative....the bathroom smelled a bit of drains. Other than this the property is fantastic
• Alice (6/5): Could’ve been perfect if lighting and electrics had been sorted during our stay. Despite message sent at start of week, - Comfy beds, good shower and well equipped kitchen. Quiet and good location close to some brilliant bars and cafes. Owner replied to questions promptly 11 lightbulbs not working. Basement flat so limited natural light, so functioning lighting is essential. Toaster when used , shorted the electrics. Uncomfortable chairs, could do with replacing.
