• Dumitru (2/5): dirty messy cricket apartament - the water pressure was good the only dirty thing that was missing was the bugs: • the bed sheets smelled like someone else’s sweat • there was a dead mosquito behind the drop of showergel that was left for us in the shower. a mosquito in december - check the pics cus i wouldnt have believed it myself • the oven still had a used baking paper inside • we tried getting other sheets from the cabinets but they were a mess too - thats why we did not ask the host for others - cus we saw how the other sheets were kept • the showerhead almost had mold • the fridge smelled like frozen pizza • we thought the hot water was heated by the heating system, but it was a boiler and we got no hot water midshower • the rooms were a mess • everything was so so dirty • the house looks unfinished and the front ‘fence’ - if u can call it that was semi broken • its pretty far from linz as well - i cant imagine how this place had such a big score on booking, the reviews are prob fake (i hope)

• Maciej (10/5): - Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, duża przestrzeń, czysto i bardzo wygodne łóżka. Mieszkanie świetnie wyposażone, niczego nam nie brakowało. Lokalizacja w spokojnej okolicy sprzyjała wypoczynkowi po podróży, a jednocześnie bardzo dobry dojazd do trasy. W pobliżu duży, dobrze zaopatrzony sklep oraz apteka, co było bardzo wygodne. Zdecydowanie polecamy!

• Elisabeth (4/5): Enttäuschend trotz guter früherer Bewertungen - Die Betten sind bequem. Die Wohnung ist eigentlich modern, neuwertig und optisch sehr schön. Umso enttäuschender war unser Aufenthalt, da der Pflege- und Sauberkeitszustand leider deutlich zu wünschen übrig ließ. Angesichts der überwiegend sehr guten früheren Bewertungen wirkt es so, als habe sich hier etwas grundlegend verändert. Das Schlafzimmer roch extrem nach Zigarettenrauch, was für uns kaum auszuhalten war. Der Duschabfluss war komplett verstopft - es lief keinerlei Wasser ab. Ich musste den Abfluss selbst öffnen und Haare entfernen, was sehr unangenehm und für Gäste absolut nicht zumutbar ist. Auch die Küche war insgesamt schmuddelig: ungeputzte Griffe, ein verschmutzter, unangenehm riechender Backofen sowie fehlende grundlegende Dinge wie ein frischer Spülschwamm, ein sauberes Geschirrtuch oder ein Brotmesser. Insgesamt wirkte alles unsortiert und ungepflegt. Die vielen Verbotsschilder verstärkten leider zusätzlich das Gefühl, nicht wirklich willkommen zu sein. Der ungepflegte, unfertige Eindruck entsteht bereits im Außenbereich (Fassade, kaputter Sichtschutz) und zieht sich durch das gesamte Objekt. Wirklich sehr schade, da die Wohnung viel Potenzial hätte, aktuell aber deutlich vernachlässigt wirkt.

• Igor (8/5): Норм. - Передмістя Лінца. Приватний сектор. Чисто. Спокійно. Якщо є машина до міста добиратися зручно, пробок нема. Поруч супермаркет СПАР, є кулінарія, закривається о 19.00 год. Апартаменти є частиною приватного будинку з окремим входом. Територія не огороджена. Місце для паркування є, але поряд погано накрита яма. Хазяїн попереджає про це, але у темряві паркуватись треба обережно. Вигляд зовні страшненький, але всередині нормально. Чисто. Але всі ящики краще не висувати, можна знайти сліди минулих гостей. Посуд нормальний, склянок і келихів замало. Є ліжечко для дитини, ним прикрита шафа, якою користуватися не можна. Чотири ліжка зручні. П'яте спальне місце – розкладачка, спати на ній проблема, дитина 8 років спала з батьками. Ліжко дійсно широке і зручне. Санвузол один, зручний, є все необхідне.

• Johannes (9/5): - Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, wobei ich sagen würde, das eine 6 Person Schwierigkeiten hat, einen vernünftigen Schlafplatz zu bekommen. Die Küche war sehr modern und super für unsere Zwecke. Die Lage nach Linz war für uns auch vollkommen okay, herrliche Gegend und schöner kleiner Ort.

• Valentyna (10/5): Однозначно рекомендую. Не пошкодуєте! - Помешкання знаходиться в тихому районі на тихій затишній вулиці. Але одночасно в пішій доступності є Spar. Квартира досить велика, дві просторі спальні і простора дуже зручна кухня-вітальня. Дуже чисто, є весь необхідний посуд для приготування їжі і він якісний та чистий. В багатьох помешканнях з цим проблема. Там хотілось залишитись якомога довше). Однозначно рекомендую. Одні з найкращих апартаментів, що ми орендували. Нема такого

• Ruben (8/5): Very good - Friendly host, spacious apartment, modern look. The house where the apartment is located is in the middle of construction, not very pleasant from outside. A little further from Linz than I thought.
• Justinas (9/5): Great stay for one night - The host was very communicative and supportive. We got all necessary instructions for check in, including photos, so it was super easy. Furthermore, as our kids got sick during the night of our stay, the host allowed us to have a later check out. The parking for the car is just in front of the entrance door, so it was very comfortable. The appartment, including kitchen, had all amenities we needed. The double bed in the bedroom was very soft.
