• Na (8/5): Hài lòng 😍 - Mình thích cách bài trí và sắp xếp trong căn nhà, nó rất tiện. Nhà mình 6 người, trên 4 người và dưới tầng là 2 người, mà vẫn thoải mái. Tuy mọi thứ không mới nhưng sạch sẽ và có vừa đủ vật dụng cần dùng. Vì là gần hồ Gươm nên đi bộ ra cũng tiện. Mình sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp ra ngoài đó. Bạn phải lên tầng 4 của khu chung cư, nên vali nặng thì khá bất tiện.
• Fang Chi (4/5): We spent 4D3N there. The apartment with two floors and two bathrooms are nice. Also it in the center of old town with ma - The location is in the center of old town, very close to the beer street and tour bus pick up point. Full of restaurants nearby. Also the two bed rooms are big and there are two bathrooms and a washing machine. No enough hot water. The first night only cold water. We contacted the owner but he/she and the staff couldn’t come to solve the problem. After we had limited hot water the next day, the hot water storage barrel should be small, it only allows one person to take a hot shower. Then the rest of people must wait for heating water again. Even though there’s a bath tub, we can’t take a bath due to few hot water. The staff can’t speak English so we need to communicate with a translation program. Even the owner contacted us in advance before we arrived. The staff didn’t show up on time when we reached the apartment as informed to the owner. Luckily someone helped us call the staff and wait for her appearance. During 4D3N stay, no cleaning, the same towels and bed sheets. The facilities in the bathrooms are kind of old and dirty, the same thing to the plats in the kitchen even if we didn’t need to cook.

• Markus (8/5): Bra läge, tyst och bra utrustat - Mycket bra läge i Old Quarter. Trots närhet till barerna och nattlivet var det tyst i lägenheten. Sköna sängar. Tvättmaskin. Inte lika skön bäddsoffa. 4 trappor utan hiss kan vara ett problem för vissa.

• Thuy-Lan (9/5): Good value - Next to very busy streets but quiet to sleep. Kitchen, washing machine. If you have many luggages be aware cars can't park in front and it s 3d floor.

• Stefano (7/5): Decent and cheap Apartment in the center of Hanoi - We had a night check in and the host organized the pickup at the airport and there was a person waitng for us (3:30AM) to give us the keys and explain the apartment.The apartment is quite big on two levels, can host up to 6 people. We had different interactions via whatsapp, super reactive and helpful.There whas a water leak in the kitchen that was fixed in 1h. Really in the Historical quarter, very busy but the apartment was not noisy. Good value for money. The apartment is on the 4th floor, no lift and the stairs look more like a garage with families cooking on the balconies. Can be pictoresque :-) The apartment is ok even though in the pic it looks much better. very strange layout with a bathroom on the first floor with only the toilet and a shower. The basin is at the beginning of the stairs going to the 2nd floor. Here there is the kitchen, small but ok, a bathroom with the toilet and a bathtub, no basin. Then A big room with Two king size beds that cn be divided with a curtain.
• Mark (8/5): Was a great spot for our stay in Hanoi. - Great location next to beer street but not too noisy. Nice amount of space and upstairs beds were really comfy. No lift so lots of stairs, didn’t worry us but might bother some people.
• Nikolaj (8/5): Very good - For three people it is great value for money. Great central location, nice small but cozy apartment. Clean and nice. Nothing. It is one bedroom with a curtain between the two beds and one couch which can be used as a bed. If you intend to stay and chill inside and if you are three people or more, then a space to chill/hang out is missing (the couch is used as one of the beds), but who stays inside in Hanoi... no one.

The listing said there was 24 hour check in which wasn't the case, however the host was flexible enough to work out a solution. The upstairs shower seemed to leak, which meant using a couple of the towels to constantly mop up the water. Not a major problem but slightly annoying.

• Vanessa (9/5): Very happy! - Great apartment in a perfect location close to endless restaurants and cafes and 5 mins walk to the lake. A little noisy at night but it was New Year’s Eve so that’s to be expected. Very clean and the washing machine came in handy. Excellent communication with the host who came to meet us. Love the pin pad to enter the front door - no key required! Would definitely recommend.

Even though the property was close to the busy strip of bars and clubs, you couldn't hear a thing from the apartment. The sink outside the bathroom was a little inconvenient, but not much to worry about.

• Mari (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect and mostly within walking distance of places we needed to go. The apartment is clean and had everything we needed. The apartment is at the top floor so it was quite hard going up. The wifi in the room was quite slow so we mostly used our mobile data.

The flat is to the top floor, and the building doesn't have an elevator. It was fine for me as I had a small luggage, but my friend had a giant luggage, which took quite some time to carry up.
• Dang (9/5): Superb - Extremely connect. Good location. You can go everywhere easily. The room was great, comfort and cozy. The host was friendly. Recommend. Will comeback. The restroom and the bedroom door was lock sometimes and we could not get out unless there was another person outside and help us out. But it was still ok and not a big deal for us.

• Jorge (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed 18 nights there. We need good Wifi as we work and we are on calls and sharing things all the time, and it was excelent. Also, the location couldn't be better. As we stayed long period, they came 2 times to clean the acommodation. The host was friendly and responsive. There is plenty space in 2 floors. We used the kitchen too cook as well. For the price, it was more than worth it. We were unlucky and the weather wasn't good on Hanoi, so it was humid, but nothing that owner could do. It was just few days.

Great accommodation, but there was water leaking badly from the pipe leading to the washing machine which could have flooded the ground floor had we not noticed it. Also, after we got back from an overnight stay in Halong Bay we noticed that the one wall against the bed was wet. The explanations given weren’t acceptable.

• Sreenivasan (1/5): Bad - Hi this was a dissappointment. We had to check in early and agreed to pay extra. Someone showed up and despite asking repeatedly hauled four large suitcases to the third floor!! Then we were told to pay the entire amount. It was a harrowing experience. We were so worried for our safety that we paid the staff and left for a hotel nearby. The apartment per se was not bad but looked dusty. But the interaction was unpleasant as we were worried about getting any support once we paid. People with families and luggage please don't go here. Sorry wrote in the above coloumn
