Alexander (3/5): Good value for money but catastrophic management - The apartment itself was nice. 10 min walk to the subway. Not suiteable for 5 people as described. The 2 beds (for 4 people) were only around 140 cm wide. The communication with the host was awful: we had no information about the check-in and got the first information where to get the keys 1,5h after the Check-in time. They promised us an inflatable mattress for the 5th person, but they postboned it everyday and never delivered it.

Azrin (7/5): Overall it was a relatively good 8 nights stay. Check-in, check-out was easy.. - Facilities provided in the apartment and the internet. The queen Bed was soft. The two small single beds in the other room should have stoppers as it “moves/slides”. There were four of us but were given only two large and thick towels. and the other two towels were thin and small. The floor should have been mopped thoroughly as it was still sticky. The balcony though nice place to rest and enjoy the night breeze, the many bird droppings along the balcony ledge and railings which looked like it has not been cleaned for sometime was a disappointment. Also because there was no AC and we came during the two hottest weeks in London it was not pleasant to be in the apartment in the afternoons. Should provide guests with carpark access so that we can rent car and park in the compound instead of having to park 2km away.
Tilly (10/5): Overall, our stay was pleasant, with just a few minor oversights, which I believe can be easily addressed through better - The property exuded a warm, cosy ambience, featuring modern fixtures and a delightful aesthetic throughout. I was disappointed to find rubbish in the kitchen bins upon arrival, and the balcony was unkempt and dirty. I was further dismayed as a person opened apartment the door using a key, whilst we were inside, they explained they had not realised we were present and were there to clean. I messaged the property for clarification but got no response.
