- Kim (10/5): Fantastisch - Fijn hotel, fijn personeel. We hebben onze koffers zelfs 3 weken daar mogen laten, omdat we zelf gingen rondtrekken door Vietnam. Dit was geen enkel probleem en kosteloos. Uiteraard hebben we hiervoor wel een tip gegeven. (Die ze niet eens wouden aannemen) zeer tevreden! Indien ik terug in Hanoi ben, zal ik niet twijfelen om voor dit hotel te kiezen. Niets
- Francisco Rod (7/5): Quite fair option in Hanoi, in a quiet neighborhood - Well located, clean room. Spacious. The check-in experience was not the best. At the beginning, they couldn't find my reservation; then they mentioned charging a 3% extra because of card payment (standard in Vietnam), but that ended up being a 9% extra instead. I didn't feel like fighting for it.

The price was very reasonable and offered great value for money. The location is also excellent, making it very convenient to get around the city. The service was great, and the bed was very comfortable, which helped me sleep very well. What impressed me the most was the front desk staff — they were extremely friendly, warm, and always willing to help. They patiently assisted me with everything I needed and made me feel very welcome. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Des poils de partout, une serviette utilisé, miroir salle, trace de caca dans le toilette .. nous avons demandé à ce que la salle de bain soit nettoyée; en revenant, seulement les toilettes avaient été nettoyées. Nous avons donc gardé les serviettes sales et les poils dans l’évier d’un inconnu! Super La seconde fois, c’était mieux nous avons eu une belle chambre, qui d’ailleurs n’avait rien a voir avec l’autre, elle était décorée chaleureuse, le lit était bien plus confortable, la seconde fois était vraiment mieux

Dommage loin du centre mais attention quand j ai changé pour aller à old quarter ç était une catastrophe pour les mêmes notes et 4 étoiles qui n en vallaient que 0 en réalité donc ! Apesar de ficar um pouco afastado, em cerca de 15 minutos de moto é possível chegar ao Old Quarter. O café da manhã deixou a desejar — poderia ter mais variedade e melhor qualidade.

The bed was super comfy and I slept very well 😴 The only 2 downsides I can think of is the view out of the window was just the next building and I couldn't see much at all. Also the breakfast seemed to have very limited options and mostly Vietnamese (understandable, but it would have been nice if they also had some more Western options)

Overall I’m happy but they’ve could have put a bit more effort on the s - The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom style was modern. Plus they have Netflix which is nice. The floor isn’t swept properly when cleaned. The bathroom has some clog or it doesn’t drain the water properly time to time. The worst of all is the breakfast. I mean they are not even trying. And it’s for 7-9:30 am. I stay for 5 night but only ate once for the breakfast.

- Kamil (9/5): - We stayed at this hotel for just one night — our last evening before flying home — so we only had time to explore the area and didn’t get a chance to visit the rooftop bar. The location is good, about 30 minutes from the airport, on a quiet side street. The hotel itself is nice, with a cool design and pleasant atmosphere. The only small downside was that the room and bathroom weren’t as perfectly clean as in other hotels or villas we stayed in before — but that’s really the only thing worth mentioning. Overall, it’s a good choice, and I’d recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Hanoi. ✈️

My bathroom was not clean - clearly not cleaned from the previous customer. And that is a big issue. Additionally, the breakfast ara is a huge missed opportunity - with the beautiful view but really poor on higiene. I gave up when I saw the kitchen and the dining area. Lack of cleaning overall.
