• Hajnalka (7/5): - The location, the 2 bathrooms The remote controls of the aircons were not working. The rooms were cold and we could not heat them. The button of the toilette was almost broken.

• ChrisWolf (9/5): Nettes Apartment in zentraler Lage - Die zentrale Lage im Englischem Viertel direkt an der Speccanapoli ist genial. Sehr lebhaft, halt typisch Italien. Gemüsemarktstände und Supermärkte gab es in der nahen Umgebung. 10 Minuten zur Metro waren auch OK. Zwei WCs waren gut, allerdings war nur eine Dusche nutzbar (ist bei 3 Personen aber nicht schlimm). Wir konnten nur mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen wegen Krach auf der Strasse (aber das war abzusehen, wenn man in einer zentralen, lebhaften Umgebung wohnen möchte).

• Sabela (8/5): Perfecto para una estancia en Nápoles - Ubicación 10/10 Buena comunicación para la entrega de llaves Uno de los WC estaba estropeado y no funcionaba la cisterna, por lo que tuvimos que usar 4 personas solo un WC.

• Miller (7/5): Good central Napoli location with a great vibe near the apartment.Great shopping location. - The location was great right in the middle of the Naples central streets, great cafes/ pizzerias etc. The apartment was spacious for a family and was well resourced for utilities etc. Stairs were a hassle and the lift did not work so we had to carry our heavy bags up the narrow staircase. Would have been good to have a dryer to dry our clothes not much clothes line space for a family.

• Barb (7/5): Good - Location was good for us, once we found it. The apartment worked well for us, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Our cab was unable to take us to the door so we had to find on our own in the pedestrian area. It was a little tricky. There was an elevator to use to take luggage up but required payment host provided payment on arrival and notice about any break down would be charged directly was a little disconcerting. We used the stairs.

• Julie (6/5): Good location - The location is great and really close to everything. The flat is spacious and correctly furnished. The beds are well used and not very comfy, all communications were in Italian it was hard to understand everything without the help of a friend.
• Cornelia (3/5): Too expensive for what it is. - The hosts's employee allowed us in an hour early, which was appreciated. There were free snacks in the apartment, like crossaints and jam, which weren't great quality, but they filled a hole. There was a coffee machine, pods and tea bags provided, which we used happily. The aparment needs 3 keys to enter in total, so you felt safe in there. The showers were filthy. See the photos. The shower heads were awful and sprayed water out at odd angles. The rest of the bathroom was clean however. And the rest of the apartment was ok. The beds and couch were not very comfy, but we slept ok in the end. The street noise was an issue. There was a big football match on one night, during which locals warned us to expect noise (that means fireworks let off at close range) and one night of loud instrumental music until 10.30pm right outside the window. There was a blind in the kid's bedroom that didn't come down all the way so I couldn't make it dark for them to sleep. The apartment is on a narrow, cobbled street which scooters scream down, so beware of them. The staircase up to the apartment is showing significant signs of neglect with paint peeling off in sheets. We were let in by a representative of the host who was not friendly and barely spoke to us. We found the internet router on the floor, and then the code on the back of it by ourselves. There are three doors into the apartment. 1 from the street into the building, 1 into a communal entranceway, and 1 into the apartment. The middle door is extremely hard to turn the key in. The others were fine. The washing machine is in a little cupboard, with a jumble of things thrown on top. It was a disorderly and dirty space. I was expecting a lot more given how much we paid to stay in this apartment.

• Elaine (8/5): Very good - The apartment was spacious, everything you'd need was there for self catering. We had a lovely welcome basket which was very welcome. There was also shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms and plenty of towels. We also had a first aid box which did come in handy. Very central location and just short distance to major shopping area. Lots of places to eat nearby. Also only 20 min to airport . Would definitely stay here again. All the steps!! There was a lift but you had to have a 20 cent coin to operate and we only had card
• Darius (8/5): Large apartment in a very convenient location - Location is the best thing of this apartment - everything you need is just near by. Places to visit are also in a walking distance, that's why I chose it. Apartment itself is quite large and pretty well equipped. 1. It's not that bright like in photos, but it's natural cause it's in a Spanish quarter where the streets are narrow and apartment is on the first floor (not ground floor, but first). 2. The worst thing was the shower and hot water issue - it flows in waves, like 1 minute you have hot water, then few minutes not... 3. WiFi router could be stronger, as connection in the second bedroom is very poor. 4. In the balcony there is no small table with an ashtray, which would be a very nice feature (chairs you can take from the kitchen and it's OK).
