• Zali (10/5): just perfect. - I loved everything about this place. the hosts were extremely nice and very understanding. the location was amazing, 5-minute walk from darling harbour the neighbours were a little excessive but that has no reflection on the host. i would 100% book with these guys again. the neighbours were a little sensitive but again no reflection on the host.
• Ebony (1/5): Fancy could not be farther from the truth - The location was the only redeeming quality of this property, located within walking distance to the Darling quarter and with lots of food and amenities nearby Cleanliness was a major issue at this property - mould in the bathroom and on air conditioning units, visible dust collected on fans and air conditioning units, dirty shelves in the kitchen, mouldy sponge left on sink, dusty lamps on bedside tables. In addition, we are fairly certain three of our guests have contracted bed bugs and we have contacted the property about this. The living area was dark and musty, we had to open the front door and window to air it out. Further, the air conditioning did not work in the Master bedroom. Amenities provided were poor quality - very old faded towels, beds only had a flat sheet and no top sheet and the quality of the bedding was poor, bathroom supplies were cheap and basic. There were also safety concerns, with the stairs to the 3rd floor bedroom being extremely short, steep, noisy and definitely not up to code, and one of the balustrades is missing causing a fall risk for children. Back courtyard was not usable, would have been a lovely space for a morning coffee if properly maintained. In addition, the on-site parking was so small that we could not close the garage door with a standard size SUV, so note that only small cars would fit properly. Hosts did not acknowledge or respond to my request for an earlier check in time, which would have provided us time to find alternative accommodation, as ideally we would not have stayed here once viewing it in person. As it was, we did not have the luxury of finding alternate accommodation and had to make do. It is a shame to have to write this review, as the location is great, and the property itself is a beautiful old house that with a bit of TLC could be a really wonderful place to stay.

• Georgina (5/5): Sleepless night waiting for someone to drop and break the toilet lid or fall down the stairs , lovely and clean but very - The location was great The stairs creaked The window on the second level between middle bedroom had a broken hinge The toilet lid was not a soft close The aircon wasn’t great The top storey bedroom had a very noisy aircon
• Harwood (9/5): - Great location and size for our group. We were in Sydney for the marathon and proximity to the expo was very close. Close to light rail meant we could get to anywhere in the CBD. Slightly mouldy in the bathroom
• ADNAN (7/5): - The location and all things you need as a family The garage will not fit for a big car like van and I suggest that the need to house improvement and repairs specially the top floor little scary

Pralka, suszarka, zmywarka wraz z potrzebnymi detergentami na wyposazeniu. Lazienka rowniez zaopatrzona w podstawowe rzeczy. Jedna lazienka i dosc strome schody moga byc nieco trudne, np gdy trzeba do sypialni wniesc ciezkie walizki. Zdecydowalismy sie jednak na ten dom bedac swiadomi tych utrudnien.

• Melanie (10/5): Thank you for sharing your home with us. - Proximity to the ICC and walking distance to everything this location offers. Pub on corner for dinner is a lovely bonus. The vines blocking the door from the yard to the garage stopped our group of 7 from accessing the 2nd bathroom.

• Russell (2/5): very very disappointing nothing luxury about this house - location very disappointed deffinetley not a luxury house filthy carpets cheap furniture and linen very overpriced for the facilities not suitable for children handrails on stairs need repair decor needs updateing
• Yashasvi (7/5): Great location - Location was fantastic. Has a great local bar just next door. Plus, while we had issues with lack of lighting, Joshua was kind enough to come himself and also send the electrician. Also helped with locating a pair of missing jeans after we had checked out. We went during the busiest possible time, but the place was rather overpriced. Also, one bathroom-cum-toilet and one stand-alone toilet for a place with four rooms does not help. And, the place could do with some upkeep -- musty smell, cockroaches, unkempt backyard and non-functional lights. Kitchen can be better equipped with things like bottle opener, scissors and mop.

• Smith (4/5): Underwhelming - Location excellent and Free parking is attractive. Sleeps up to 8 people in the city for approx $1000. However property was underwhelming. Stayed with 2 toddlers and felt unsafe as bannister railings were missing on 3rd flight of stairs. Carpets are grotty. Not suitable for elderly people. Not suitable for small children. No top sheets on beds. Too hot for comfortable sleeping. 1 washer provided for 7 people. 1 internal bathroom, 1 toilet in back shed. Lights in top bedroom and 4th flight of stairs do not work. Noisy aircon in top bedroom. Fireplaces still had ash mess and bottle tops. Suitable for student accomodation.
• Jiachen (10/5): Lovely Home to stay in - Great location, very close to the exhibition building. Comfortable beds, lovely heated bathroom and nice vibe Stairs to the attic are very steep and there are no way to block out the sun for the people sleeping in the attic
• Thea (8/5): Great stay ! - The heated bathroom floor was DEVINE! There were no towels to dry the dishes.
