Dylla (1/5): the host didn't show up until today. not replying my message or pickup call - the host doesn't answer my messages or pick up call turns voicemail. this homestay very sick and sh*t everything for this agent

Noraida (1/5): REGRET FOR BOOKING HERE - No 'LIKE'. I'm really DISAPPOINTED as the host didn't response/pick up our phone call at all. The host also cancelled our paid reservation last minute. Difficult to get next reservation during the weekend and I'm already PAID for it. Never happened to me before. Hopefully Booking team can really select a committed host. DISLIKE since the beginning as host didn't response at all. Not even apologize to us. Booking team try to help us but we still need to book our own stay. Really waste our time and energy as we travelled to Johor from the other state.

Naja (9/5): Comfortable stay for small family. - Smooth check in, got refrigerator, microwave and washing machine. Lack of guideline for using washing machine.
