• Elizabete (9/5): Es war alles super. - Gute Position der Wohnung, alles was man braucht ist in der Nähe. Die Wochnung ist alt, aber sehr passend zum italienischen Stil und Vibe. Sehr geräumig, alle utensilien vorhanden und auch ausreichend sauber. Der Besitzer antwortet und reagiert schnell auf Wünsche. Die Klimaanlage auf dem Balkon ist laut, wir haben diese aber in der Nacht ausgeschaltet.

• Mertz (7/5): It was a 12 min walk to the train station which was our main goal. - We only slept there. Didn’t use the kitchen. Location was good proximity to central station and that was our main goal. It was hard making contact with the host when we got there. Phone number didn’t work. Waited outside for 40 min + Called booking.com and they couldn’t reach him either. Just before the 45 min mark he showed up from next door. Didn’t even apologize! Not enough hot water for us all to take sequential showers. Upstairs neighbor was noisy as was someone moving thing down the stairs at 5:30-6:30 am. It was ridiculously loud. Place was tired but clean.

• Polina (10/5): - Spacious apartment within walking distance of the central station. Well-equipped kitchen and good communication with the host. We were six people. There is only one bathroom (toilet combined with the shower) which wasn't convenient for a large family/ group.

• Sylvia (10/5): Very Good - Good location. Walked to the apartment from the train station when arriving in Milan, and walked to the city centre from the apartment. It had everything we needed and was clean and spacious. Really appreciated being able to drop our bags off when arriving before check in time, and also being able to leave our bags with them for a few hours when checking out.

• Charles (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay in Milan, contributed significantly by the excellent accommodation. - Location was excellent. There are very good, reasonable priced restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Most of the nearby restaurants opened till 12 midnight so you don't have to book if you eat after 8 or 9pm.The central train station is a walkable 700m away. The rooms have air-condition which is a rarity in Italy, especially within old city central area. The apartment is very spacious. Security is very good as you have to enter a locked large courtyard before entering the apartment. There is a covered public car park right in front of the apartment, for those with rental cars. Like most old apartments in Europe, there is no lift so we have to lug our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Fortunately Edoardo helped carry our heaviest luggages.

• cedrine morel (9/5): Comme chez vous en plein centre de Milan! - Appartement spacieux et proche du métro. Accès facile au centre ville à pieds ou en transport. Literie impeccable ! Calme appréciable après des journées dans la foule. La deuxième chambre mériterait d'être équipée d'une moustiquaire.

• Chris (8/5): - Well-located apartment, close to the Metro or about 30minutes walk into central Milan. Good-sized bedrooms. Check-in was easy - we were met at the apartment. Note that the communal area consists only of the kitchen (there isn't a separate living room), and there is only one sofa - that can seat at most three possibly four. The apartment is somewhat gloomy when all the shutters are closed during the day to keep the heat out - it could do with more and brighter lighting.

• Cynthia (10/5): This was a great place to stay for Design Week with our friend group and had everything we needed. - Eduoardo is very responsive and lives nearby for any questions or arrangements (his parents also helped.). The apartment is spacious, with wide entryway and hallways, and has a small balcony (good for clothes drying). The location was excellent with grocery store, cafes, train station and Metro nearby. The kitchen was equipped with cooking supplies (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar) and coffee. Rooms face inner courtyard and are quiet. The apartment was up several stair flights, but Edoardo helped carry our bags.

Perfectly located in a charming old building, spacious rooms with high ceilings, well equipped with all you need. It is true that there is no lift to the third floor, but Edoardo was so kind to help us with the suitcases :) Communication with him was fast and clear and I would gladly stay at their property again, next time when I'm in Milano!

• Jono11 (9/5): Great place, great location and great host. - Edoardo (and his Father) was a great host. We arrived in Milan early and were able to store our luggage. When we checked in, he had already moved our bags to the room, which was fortunate as it is up about 3 flights of stairs. The location is great. A short walk to Central station, the main shopping strip on Corso Buenos Aires is the next street over and a pleasant 30 minute walk to the Duomo. A great little bakery on the corner too. Edoardo gave some good food recommendations and was responsive and more than helpful. The property has all the required facilities, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of space. There wasn't anything I didn't like, but just advice for other travellers. Like many European buildings, there are no lifts, so be prepared to move bags up 3 flights of stairs. Also, the rooms can get warm, but the windows were easy to open and AC is provided. The shower was draining slowly, so you had to watch the base filling up to make sure it didn't overflow onto the floor.
• Reginita (9/5): Awesome place, great host, perfect location. - It was a bit like home. The location is great, its near the Milano Centrale station, near supermarkets, restaurants. Kitchen is complete with all we needed, plus ingredients and spices. The host Edoardo and his dad, were very helpful, and very responsive to our calls. No elevator and we booked an apartment at the higher level. The hot water tank may not be enough for 5 people to bath successively.
• Stephanie (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, spacious and had the extra things in the kitchen like olive oil, salt etc readily available. Rooms were large. Eduardo and family responded very quickly to all messages. Would come back here! Not an issue for me personally, but the apartment is on the 3rd floor, so there's 30 or so steps for those that can't or don't want to walk up.

Friendly and helpful owners - they even waited for us for a very late check in due to our delayed flight. Would stay again. Would have been nice if there was a lift but it was not an issue.
• Amber (8/5): This is a big apartment in a convenient location; great for a family or group. - Great location convenient to Metro, Lima stop. The apartment is very large and had plenty of space for our family. There were some things that were broken (glass panel in bedroom door, leaking water heater), missing (coffee machine), or in bad condition (dirt build up on old bath fixtures). But it was good value for the price and the hosts were nice and responsive.

• Yoan (7/5): An affordable place near the city center which is perfect for a short stay - It was near the city center and the bus and train station. The apartment is big and spacious and you can fit five people. Very good value for money if you are many people. The beds need an upgrade. The double spring bed isnt comfortable and so is the bed next to it that was missing a wooden plank. The shower was clogged and the door for the bathroom couldn't unlock sometimes.

The cupboards also were stocked with oil etc which was great The only thing we didn’t like was the single bed in the main bedroom. It was unusable due to its discomfort which is not ok when we paid for 5 adults. Thank goodness for the lounge in the kitchen!

• Adrian (10/5): Great location with space aplenty - Greta location, just off the main road and 950 metres from Milano Centrale. Spacious with generous sized bedrooms (2), good kitchen and welcoming host who greeted us on arrival and showed us around the place with a good instruction guide. Had a minor problem with the hot water and they responded within 5 minutes of our phone call, problem sorted. Lovely people. The washing machine drying facility isn't as strong as in Australia but that's a minor detail.

We have 3 kids, total 5 people, we arrived late, we were looking forward to sleep and cook our own meal, everything available in Kitchen and laundry, we only need to buy our ingredients. Rooms and toilets are clean. Recommended No lift, but it doesn't matter . As long as the rooms are clean, and the owner generous, it's all covered.

Free coffee and few bottles of complimentary water available. Good place for a bigger crowd. No elevator, but it didn't matter to us. The host replied quickly and offered an opportunity to leave our luggage for few hours in luggage room after check-out. The location was great but the parks were not so child-friendly in that neighborhood.

The house is nice, spacious and clean You need to talk softly because the sound echos through the house (cause it has a high ceiling).
