• Amanda (9/5): - The check- in and arrival was well managed. The property was secure. The garden was a lovely addition and was a welcome contrast to the hustle and bustle of the street. Room was spacious and comfortable and good value for money. Having a kitchen to cook in along with a balcony was very good. Esp when so many hotel rooms in big cities are cramped and have no food preparation areas. Would recommend this spot even though its a away from the centre of Rome. It gives you the chance to appreciate a non touristy area. Can't think of anything.

• Namrata (10/5): Excellent! - We really enjoyed our stay! The location was good -- just a short walk from the bus stop. The facilities were excellent, especially the well-equipped kitchen. What really stood out, though, was the host’s effort to make our trip easier, from sharing metro routes and restaurant recommendations to offering great tips about Rome.

• Maximilian März (10/5): Amazing Accommodation with a super friendly host - Room is equipped with a TV and WC/shower. The area where the accommodation is located offers a wide range of local shops and supermarkets as well as variety of restaurants. A huge plus is the pool that is locates in the backyard of the house Accommodation is located on a main street. It could be sometimes a bit noisy during nighttime when sleeping with an open window.

Lähellä hyviä ravintoloita ja kahviloita. Niistä sai Mariolta hyviä vinkkejä. ☺️👍 Jos jotain pitää sanoa, niin... Siirtyminen julkisilla eri nähtävyyksille oli melko monimutkaista ja aikaa vievää, mutta helpotti, kun sen oppi. Sijainti oli tiedossa, että ei ole niin lähellä keskustaa, joten ei tullut suurena yllätyksenä.
• Lucas (9/5): Very helpful host and good value stay - Mario, the owner was very friendly and helpful. Apartment was very clean and the air conditioning was excellent. Very comprehensive guide to transport, restaurants, both locally and in the centre. He also gave us great advice on what to see and when to see it. Lovely shared kitchen and balcony. Mario also minded our luggage all day after check out. Communication was very easy with Mario and we would stay here again if we went to Rome. Nothing 😆 once we got used to the public transport it was all very easy. Lots of alternative routes into the centre.

• Sean (10/5): Perfect to get away from tourism and see e real Rome. Close to the best neighborhood Pigneto - What is there not to like about Mario’s guest house! The location is right next to the tram and several bus stops. It is near the absolute best local neighborhood of Pigneto. If you are tired of the insanity of the tourists and crowds, then come stay here! Not to mention the place was very clean and tidy, the room was great. The courtyard was so beautiful I felt in Roman paradise and the pool saved my life as the temperature was close to 40 degrees. The best of all was Mario the host. He was so welcoming and we had many great conversations! Thank you again Mario!! It is a little far away but to me this was a positive!
• María teresa (10/5): MUY RECOMENDABLE ESTE ALOJAMIENTO , UBICACIÓN, LIMPIEZA E INSTALACIONES PERFECTAS - El alojamiento es cómodo, limpio, instalaciones perfectas y en buen estado, cocina completa en comedor común , con aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. En la habitación, tienes tu propia nevera para poder utilizar independiente de la común y aire acondicionado. Mario siempre pendiente de todo, limpieza, ayuda al viajero con sugerencias para sitios de interés, transportes, restaurantes y cualquier duda o consulta. Nos dio una guía de sitios para comer por cada zona de Roma , incluida la zona del apartamento, así como unas rutas para ver la ciudad sin necesidad de GPS o móvil. Ubicación perfecta, Paradas de bus 105 y 409 en 1’ y de tranvía a 2’ de alojamiento, que te llevan al centro en 20’, así como supermercados al salir del portal y restaurantes al girar la esquina. La piscina limpia y agua fría que se agradece en el mes de Agosto, en un bonito y cuidado jardín con hamacas y sillas con mesa para descansar y tomar el sol. Desde la terraza que hay al salir del comedor se ve el jardín y la piscina.

The owner of the house met us, took us to the room, showed us everything, despite the fact that we arrived at night. There are public transport stops near the house, easy to get to the city center. Also nearby are several shops, bakeries, a pizzeria and much more.
• Hilary (9/5): Superb - Clean, quiet, comfortable accommodation near to city centre and transportation routes. Delightful, large balcony overlooking the tropical garden and pool.. Mario, the host, is helpful and hospitable and the use of a well-equipped kitchen is a bonus. Not a problem for us, but be aware the accommodation is accessed by a steep, narrow flight of stairs.

The host even gave us printed itenarios of interest, subway guides and a trip to the most famous attractions. Super comfortable beds, the noise you can hear is from the street but it doesn't bother at all, thanks for making our first time in Rome an excellent experience!

The common space was lovely and included a kitchen, balcony and garden. Mario was super helpful and friendly, providing us with lists of suggested restaurants and attractions. We felt safe and comfortable with Mario as our host. The guest house is in a great location. Easily accessible by transit with nice cafes on the block. We would highly recommend this guest house to others. Rooms were not completely soundproof, so you could hear the other guests snoring in their room.

• Marinela (10/5): A very clean property with an amazing host - We liked the fact that it was very close to the bus/metro/tram stations (took us about 30 mins to get to the city center). It also had a lot of local shops and a place to have breakfast right down the street. Mario, the host was very friendly and he helped us with everything and he also provided us with a list of local restaurants , which were amazing to go have dinner (make sure you make a reservation, because these places are local and the food is astonishing). The room has a private bathroom, quite small, but totally equipped with everything you needed and very clean. We didn’t use the kitchen (which is a shared part of the apartment), but it was equipped with everything you need to cook something for yourself. Mario also provided us with coffee capsules and teabags. There’s nothing bad to say about this property.

Location to free tram to central Rome was 2 mins walk We had some lovely meals close by. I just felt a little hesitate to walk very far at night in the area.
• Muharem (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely will consider it every time we come to Italy. - The accommodation was fantastic. The room was clean, with everything you could potentially need. The best part was definitely the balcony with view of the beautiful garden. The area it is located is very strategic: close to the tram points and bus stops, and of course different shops for whatever needs. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful with every single question or problem we had.
