Please note before booking, please make sure these requirements suit you, Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card prior to check-in via a secure online form. These items may be presented in person if you are picking up keys during our normal office hours. All after-hours arrivals will be required to fill in the form. Keys to the property are to be picked up at an agency location at Cornerstone Stores. All payments are handled directly by Booking.com and all reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. If payment isn't received, your booking will be canceled. In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy, as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbors, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8am. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

grace (6/5): Our stay was okay, the location was fantastic but it was definitely not worth the money we paid. - The location of White Dolphin is fantastic, right across the road from the beach and close to restaurants. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and provided what was needed for a short stay. The bedsheets were clean. It was extremely hot when we stayed at the Whiter Dolphin and there is no air conditioning or ceiling fans, which made it quite difficult to sleep at night. You could open the windows in the bedroom but as it was so light early in the morning you needed to have the shutters tightly closed, which meant no breeze could come through. The carpet in the lounge room is quite old and stained, and the lounge hadn't been cleaned properly. From the images it appears that you have your own balcony, but it is actually a shared walkway. The bathroom towels provided were very thin and as we were only provided 2 for our entire stay, we were having to use damp towels. You need to keep the bathroom windown closed from early evening as mozzies come in otherwise - we got badly bitten on the first night.

Anonymous (9/5): Perfect location, nice weather, - location was perfect for what we needed. Very close to the beach,coffee shops and SLSC. Parking was easy. Climbing stairs after a long day out walking

More provided linen eg, blanket, more towels (esp for a longer stay), pantry staples eg. Salt and pepper. Also cleanliness could be better eg; the doors and surfaces could be done more thoroughly
