• Alex (10/5): - Great stay at this house. The property was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and felt very homely. The kitchen was well equipped and the living area was perfect for relaxing. The location was also convenient with shops and transport nearby. Check-in was easy and everything was well organised. Would definitely stay again. 10/10. Special mention to the host who was quick to respond and answer any of our questions.
• Alex (10/5): - I had a really great stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Everything was well prepared and it made the whole stay very easy and relaxing. The host was excellent. They were friendly, helpful and quick to respond whenever I had a question. It was clear they genuinely care about their guests having a good experience. Before booking I was a little reluctant because I had seen a few negative reviews, but I am very glad I decided to book anyway. My experience was completely positive and it exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed the stay so much that I even extended my visit. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.
• Sarra (4/5): - La proximité aux transports en commun. Les lits sont juste horribles, pas confortables du tout. On a eu une coupure d’électricité parce que le proprio n’avait pas réglé apparemment, on nous a demandé de faire une manip dans le boitier à l’extérieur de l’appartement pour rétablir le courant. Plus d’eau chaude non plus pour la même raison, donc douches froides pour tout le monde le jour du départ.
• Katarina (1/5): Do not book this place if you like a tidy place with a warm shower and an option to prepare a meal. - Literally nothing!! Maybe the fact that we did not have to stay outside at night with a kid without a roof over our heads. I have never experienced anything like this before to be honest. I did not receive the key box code, I called the owner - no answer, I texted the owner - no response. I had a kid with me and was wondering what if we are not let in, where am I going to find an accommodation in London in the evening hours. I started leaving voicemails on his mobile in the nature that I will report him if the key code is not sent. Within couple of minutes a text comes through saying 'oh sorry, here is the address and the key code'. Utterly stressfull. The kitchen is in the state I have never seen. And I have previously stayed in the brazilian jungle! Broken, in a sorry state, hair everywhere, no gas and no HOT water. We where unable to use the stove, we were taking showers in the cold water. I have reported it to the owner - he said he will sort as soon as but no-one showed up. Then we noticed that the gas pipe was cut off. Totally appalling. I am not even mentioning the garden where weed is taller than a human being. I pity anyone who booked this accommodation.
• Christine (4/5): Disappointing - Location and designated parking space. House is rather clean. Beds are both so worn out and sagging. Ceiling leaking after my family member took the first bath in the toilet on level 2. Owner sent people to fix but it’s at the expense of us, as we are told not to use the toilet for 6 hours. Big garden is only filled with messy plants, grass, weeds. Not even for any use, cannot even walk out to the garden.

• Emma (3/5): Wouldn't Recommend - Turned up at the property, contacted the owner and was informed it was no longer available. Was not told prior to making the 5 hour trip. We were offered a one bedroom apartment as an alternative which wasn't great for a family of four! The apartment block was smelly, the facilities and decor of the apartment were in serious need of updating. The carpet was in desperate need of cleaning/changing. Thankfully it had free parking and the location was okay but sadly I wouldnt recommend a stay at either the house or apartment until both properties are updated.
• Carsten (8/5): Very good - The house offers everything you need and enough space. You can park your car infront of the house in a designated spot. A DLR and a District Line stop are within 5 min of walking. 30/40min gets you nearly everywhere in Central London. We can recommend staying there. You will not find better value for money in London! The owner was very friendly and always reachable via in app notifications/mails..Thank you for a nice stay! The kitchen could use a little make-over, as does the overgrown garden. As -during a stay in London- you usually do not have the time to use both this was of no greater concern to us.
