• Čačija (7/5): Apartman isplativ za cijenu, vlasnik malo nepristupacan. - Apartman je cist i uredan, na relativno dobroj lokaciji blizu metroa. Izgleda kao na slikama. Ima gotovo sve sto trebate. S obzirom na cijenu apartman je pristojan. Pomalo je bucno, cesta je glasna, a apartman se trese kada prolazi tramvaj. Perilice za sude, koja je navedena da je ima, nema. Vlasnik apartmana je nepristupacan, prtljaga se moze ostaviti samo uz nadoplatu putem linka agencije s kojom vlasnik suraduje, no vrlo je nepouzdano (rezervirali smo, dosli do lokacije, nije radilo). Vlasnik nije bio susretljiv i nije nam se trudio pomoci oko nastale situacije, vec nam govori da se javimo za 2 dana. Voda u WC-u je ledena i grijanje ne radi, a u kupaoni i kuhinji je vrela.
• Roland (9/5): Csodás szállás - Nagyon szép, tiszta apartman. 5-en szálltunk meg, a nappaliban egy kihuzható kétszemélyeságy, a külön szobában egy ketszemelyeságy és egy egyszemelyes ágy, ahogy a fotokon is látszik. Közel a tömegközlekedés, villamossal 15 perc alatt a belvárosban voltunk. Valamint kb 10 perc sétára a P+R Spittelau, ahol az autó napi 4.8 euróért pakol. Nagyon tetszettek a csillárok.❤️ Kicsit hangos volt a forgalmas utca.

• Tomás (2/5): Very bad: wouldn't come back! - Good enough location, relatively close to routes that quickly lead to city center. There was always hot water even though we had a large group. Horrible check-in experience, we arrived almost at midnight and the instructions shared didn't allow us to open the front door. Communication with host was poor as the phone number shared didn't allow for whatsapp calls. We were only left a half used toilet paper, no extra rolls. As we requested it, we were assured it would be delivered in the second day but it wasn't. We had to request a second time and even so we didn't get it. Both times the host ask me to remind them the next day which was also very weird and showed lack of responsability. The sound proofing is very bad, you can hear constant traffic and trains, the apartment almost shakes when a train passes by. One of the chairs wasn't properly screwed and someone in our group nearly had a bad fall when trying to sit on it before realizing. Unadmissible. General maintanence of the apartment is very poor: toaster didn't work, walls were in very bad shape, bags all over the place. To make things even worse: on check-out, even before the expected time (10 AM) we had someone open the front door without our permission. Initially we didn't realize what happened but as we left the house we saw the person just outside the apartment door very ackwardly waiting for us to leave. Complete lack of respect for our privacy. Would never consider coming back.

• Trasciatti (1/5): - Posizione su Booking non precisa, dopo svariate difficoltà nel trovare la casa quando siamo arrivate il portone non si apriva. Ci siamo messe in contatto con i proprietari per risolvere questo problema, essendo che il check in si fa in autonomia, i quali non si sono predisposti per portarci nell’immediato una chiave della casa. Ci hanno solamente dato due opzioni: o prendere una chiave di riserva in un luogo distante dall’appartamento e sul quale ci sono state date indicazioni poco chiare, oppure volevano mandarci in un altro appartamento a 7 km da quello previsto quando ormai era quasi l’ora di cena. Dopo aver risolto il problema del portone in autonomia provando e riprovando, entriamo nella casa e l’odore era terribile, sembrava che qualcuno avesse fumato in casa. Inoltre, uno dei posti letto era un materasso messo letteralmente sul pavimento quando nelle foto in realtà si vedevano solo letti.

• Todorovic (6/5): Nothing to Say or write! my review says it all. - the sofa was ok and the living room setup I didnt like how Booking ( but thats booking 4 ya- always like that) no understanding no support- USUAL corporate degeneracy the bad way how they handled my reservation ( was outrageous) , didnt respond on calls or messages. However the host did respond perfectly ( thanks for that) however since i stayed for just one night- didnt even let me check out a bit late- ONE night i stayed, just basicaly the bed sheets they needed to change. The apartment for a one night stay of 95 euro was a schock! ( should have gone to a 4 star hotel! My Bad - my mistake.

• MARINA (10/5): Buena atención. Bien ubicado. Espacioso y bonito. - El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, con buena comunicación para ir coger el transporte público. Muy cerca de la estación de Nusdorfer Strasse y del tranvía y del bus (delante o a pocos metros). Es espacioso, cómodo, está bien decorado y muy limpio. Es amplio y perfecto para 5 personas. La atención recibida ha sido muy buena. Estuvimos muy bien, nos sentimos muy bien atendidos, y sin duda repetiríamos y lo recomendaríamos Todo genial!
