• Lilian (10/5): - Appartement assez grand (bien plus qu'une chambre d'hotel pour un prix bien moins cher) avec un balcon, dans un quartier calme (proche de la mairie de Tokyo) et proche d'une station de métro et de supérettes.

• Eduardo (9/5): Apartamento muy bien ubicado y funcional - Apartamento muy bien ubicado en zona tranquila y muy buen barrio, con todo tipo de servicios y metro cerca. Si prefieres algo de espacio a las comodidades de un hotel, es perfecto, sitio para las maletas, juegos de toallas limpias para toda la estancia, y balcón. Aseo pequeño pero funcional. Encargado amable y buena comunicación No fue molestia para nosotros, pero son dos pisos sin ascensor.

• Claudia (8/5): Nice apartment in a good location to explore Tokyo - The apartment was in a quiet side-street 300 m from the closest metro station and within walking distance (15 min) from Shinjuku station, with several shops nearby. It was located on the third floor (no elevator), clean and, by Japanese standards, spacious. The owner who lives in the same building met us to hand over the keys and explain the most important things. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. Everything was fine. We just wish we had known how to turn on the hot water (we found out later during our trip that it is often regulated separately in Japan).

• Derek (7/5): A great option just a short taxi ride from the bustle of Shinjuku central. - The communication from the owner was excellent, from providing directions to ensuring he was at the property to explain the aircon, the WiFi etc. The apartment was on the third floor and, again helpfully, the owner brought our cases up for us. The aircon worked well and reduced the temperature quickly. While the location was a reasonable walk from, say, Shinjuku station, a taxi was cheap and easy to find, even at 5:30am when we headed out for our flight. There was quite a bit of noise from the city, which I guess is inevitable. There wasn’t any cutlery to eat with, though again most outlets provide disposables. The aircon was quite noisy.
• Marina (10/5): Exceptional - Super clean and spacious! About a 15 min pleasant walk to Shinjuku Station. Check-in super easy. Our questions were answered within minutes. Super strategic located, making it possible for us to walk everywhere. We enjoyed very much our stay and would definitely come back!
