- Praveen (9/5): Superb -
- Plamena (10/5): Exceptional -
- Roswitha (3/5): One off experience. - Location Not clean
Heating issues
- Eden (3/5): I wouldn’t book again. - In a convenient location & the property is the exact same as the photos. Where do I start…
Key Issues:
1. Late Check-In: The property owner confirmed we could check in at 3:00 PM. However, upon arrival, the cleaner had just started. Contrary to the owner’s claim that only bedding needed to be done, the entire apartment required cleaning and we didn’t have bedding until 6PM…
• The apartment was in a filthy condition, with dirty dishes, personal belongings like shoes, dirty toilet and and a large box in the hallway posing a safety hazard. It looked like this was someone’s residential property and they lack basic hygiene.
• Cleaning was only completed at 6:00 PM, causing a three-hour delay and preventing us from settling in or doing anything.
2. Restricted Access to the Main Entry: Despite being assured full access, we could not enter the building directly and had to rely on the receptionist to let us in. This involved standing outside in the cold and undergoing repeated verification of our booking, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. We was then told later on by a different receptionist that they can’t keep letting us in and we would need to use the fob to enter the property, we wasn’t provided a fob to begin with which I informed the host of they said they would ‘resolve’ this and never did I had to reach back out to them the following day to which they had sent a fob via Uber at 7PM & when the fob arrived it didn’t even work and I have proof to back up all the claimed I’m making today along with time stamps.
3. Unresolved Maintenance Issues:• The living room lights flickered constantly, making it impossible to use the space. Within an hour, I had to turn off the lights entirely due to the discomfort.
• The heating regulator in the sitting room was locked, leaving the room unbearably hot. We were forced to stay in the bedroom for relief.
Lack of Resolution:
I immediately informed the property owner of these issues, giving them the opportunity to address the situation.
