• Thanyani (5/5): It was an unpleasant experience for me. - The location was central for me as I was there to visit both UJ and Wits University. The host seems to be disengaged. I had to send a message to ask about the check-in process. When we get there, I notice there is no hand soap in the bathroom and no garbage bags for the bins in both the bathroom and the kitchen, which is unacceptable. There was an unwashed frying pan that we were not able to use to prepare our breakfast. The WIFI was nonexistent, which interfered with my work. I reported the problem, and nothing was done to fix it. I think the host needs to pay more attention to what's happening on their property.

• José María (4/5): - Overall, the hotel is good and the stay was generally pleasant. The rooms and the facilities are acceptable. However, there are a few aspects that could be improved. The main issue was the Wi-Fi connection. If you need to work for two or three continuous hours, the internet is not reliable enough. It was very slow and unstable, so it does not guarantee that you can work properly from the room. Another inconvenience was that the water supply was cut off, and we were left without water for several hours, which was quite uncomfortable as we could not use water whenever needed.

• Lekama (6/5): Perfect location and clean but still needs some improvement. - Cleanliness and perfect location. 1. No coffee, no tea, no milk, no sugar. 2. Cutlery looks old. 3. The shower doesn’t have mats and the tiles are very slippery.

• Melisande (3/5): My stay i did not enjoy it. A lot happened which made my stay unpleasant. - the apartment it is what you see on the pictures. My stay was not that pleasing due to Wi-Fi not working the first day, the owner took long to reply to my WhatsApp text and it was frustrating. No backup for when there is a loadshedding, as i experienced this ordeal. The location that can be used through GPS was not provided i had to call for directions as it was my first visit to that side.

• Fiona (1/5): Gross,advert is not true - Nothing It's very difficult to find this place and and the owner......very little communication.....when you find it.....it feels like you are in a very dodgy area of JHB with graffiti on the walls etc. Security let's in anybody wanting to come in the gate with no screening done. Cigarette stubs were lying around which is evidence of smoking.....not like in advert promising no smoking throughout....I did not even sleep there. I would not recommend this place. I think the previous reviews were from her friends

Hot shower all the way everyday... There was no diffusers or air freshener in the toilet...no shower gels and soaps.wifi was not connecting at all...the freezer was just a lil bit dirty but honestly it was not bad

• Muzi (7/5): Good - The place is in a secure neighborhood with 24 hour security and a great location. It also has great amenities. The internet connection is very poor. There is a need for the owner to seriously consider improving the speed of the internet. I note from reviews that other guests have complained about it as well however it seems the owner is not interested in improving it. That's the only thing that I had an issue with.

• Sandile (9/5): Overall, this was a great stay again, peaceful and comfortable, cannot wait for the next stay. - The apartment truly is a first choice pick for a quick weekend getaway when you are looking for a peaceful weekend. All appliances are working adequately, it is very easy to receive whatever deliveries you made, the apartment is very upkept and updated, this time around, the addition of a heater truly helped, truly comfortable to stay in. The choice of streaming services available for those that have accounts with those streaming services really gives variety to entertainment, the accessibility to kitchen appliances also came in handy when cooking time came along. The speed of the Wi-Fi connection is slow to the point where in order to use your phone efficiently, you need to use your mobile data, and it renders use of a laptop useless, however it does not affect use of the smart TV. I don't know whether it is a location issue, a service provider issue, or there are additional parties in the apartment complex that may have access to the Wi-Fi connection that makes it slow, but something has to be done about the connectivity speed, as it was an issue even with the previous stay. Also, the electricity metre box has to be reloaded adequately as we found ourselves without electricity in the last couple of hours before check out. That was not the case with the previous stay we had at the apartment. Lastly, the water pressure of the shower was left a bit to be desired.

• Sandile (10/5): Overall, a great apartment for a single guest, or a couple. Highly recommended above all others. - For a weekend, or even long stay, whether alone or together, it is perfect. Honestly, the apartment is well designed. The comfortability of the bed and couch, to the entertainment value of the Smart TV, to the homelike feeling it gives, regardless of the apartment being small, it doesn't feel small at all. The addition of necessary appliances makes it all the more a great apartment to book for a bachelor/bachelorette or couple. A great place to book if you are within the Johannesburg CBD area. I would definitely make plans to stay there again. Definitely worth every Rand. The Wi-Fi speed was at times slower than anticipated, but it didn't hinder any internet use, but also could have been much more faster. It would also be great if as the host you would check if the apartment is fully cleared out, including the fridge, as there were some leftover gravy containers from previous guests that really didn't need to be there, especially when new guests are checking in. I would also recommend getting a heater, or implementing a heating system in the apartment, as the cold months are approaching, and as a guest, I wouldn't such a great experience dampened by feeling cold, even with blankets.

• Nomakholwa (9/5): Superb - I loved that it is a self catering, with a clean fridge, clean stove and microwave! Very modern and hygienic! It was nearer to my classes and had everything that I needed. One kind thing they did for me was to allow early check in because there was no prior guest checking out! Thank you. That I didn't see anystaff member! However, I get that they give privacy and I have no doubt that if there was a need they could have come to service.
• Jolinda (9/5): Cozy apartment - The apartment was exactly like advertised and shown in the photos. It has a big screen television, couch, fridge, electric kettle, and stove. Nice big windows that can be opened up, especially if it is a hot day/night.
