- Emily (1/5): Nicely renovated apartment in a great location, however the poor cleanliness standards and lack of WiFi significantly im - Appears renovated The cleanliness of this apartment was appalling.
From a dirty mattress underlay that was stained and had visible sand, crumbs and someone else’s hair on it. To later finding the curtains were ? Mouldy or dirty to the main bedroom. This was not an enjoyable stay.
Also No WIFI in the apartment, which made it challenging for a working trip.
- Tim (1/5): Extremely disappointing - Location only Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. The floors were noticeably dirty upon arrival, and the AC didn’t work properly, leaving the room uncomfortable. To make matters worse, I was charged an additional fee for linen that didn’t even fit the beds. We were also taken aback when the cleaner entered our room at 8:30 AM while my wife was getting changed, even though checkout wasn’t until 10 AM. On top of all that, I was charged an unexpected $25 fee for leaving the sofa bed open, despite no clear instruction that it needed to be folded. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not at all what we had hoped for

The unit was beautifully styled and plenty of room. The lack of information about the pool being closed and under construction was so disappointing, i would not have booked if i knew it was closed. The drilling and worksite was loud.
It was not clean. Dead bugs, hair in sink, dust and droppings of some sort, blood spots on the matress protector.
Microwave was filthy. There is no WiFi, which I find really odd..
For the price, linen would be nice. Lots of room for improvement.

- Phillip (1/5): Most deceitful company I have had the displeasure of dealing with in 15 years of using booking .com - Location was great nice big unit The owners where the most deceitful company I have had the displeasure of dealing with with in over 15 years of using booking .com the pool area was a full construction site and had been that way since April with jack hammers going most of the time there was an additional $100 dollar charge for linen that no one informed us with nothing on the booking .com web site they even had the audacity to charge us an extra $5 to collect our paperwork from the Courner shop we will never use this company again would prefer to sleep on the beach
