• Kelly (4/5): Disappointing - Location was great. Very close to the beach, and easy walk to town. Spacious and comfy bed Mouldy! The fan above the bed was black and dirty. The curtains and blinds had mould. The walls in the shower weren’t cleaned. The doors didn’t lock from the outside. It was cheap so can’t expect too much but could’ve definitely been better

• Stephen (5/5): would look elsewhere next time - location good key was a copy of a copy - basically didn't lock the place as key was too hard to get in and out of lock. Lights in kitchen flickered - bulbs not suitable to be on a dimmer switch. TV couch hopeless. Difficult to get car into parking lot - if you had a large SUV - doubtful that you would get in at all.

Such a lovely apartment, beautiful location (a few minutes walk to the beach!), beautiful outdoor area and great instructions for accessing the place! Would love to stay again! • Kyann (1/5): Very disappointing - The location was good as it was near the beach. The advertisement for this property displays it has air conditioning. I wouldn’t say that’s true. It has a portable Kogan aircon which needed to have the back facing outside to pump out the hot air. Was disgusting. The water purifier was FULL of mould. Absolutely disgusting. The bed sheets and towels weren’t clean. My partner and I both woke up with bites from sleeping in the bed. Had booked for two nights but left after one as would rather lose my money than stay another night. Do not recommend.

• Julia (8/5): Peaceful restorative stay - Quiet peaceful location perfect for a restorative break. and just across the road from the beach. green surrounds and vista out the back. Relaxing light filled northern aspect balcony with hammock to chill in. Was also close to delicious meals a couple minutes walk to Tree House Cafe. Would suit travellers wanting a break outside the hustle of central Byron but still close enough to venture into town easily in a couple mins drive. Super comfy supportive mattress.
• Ellie (7/5): Great little beach shack! - Great property and perfect for what we needed. Great privacy and facilities - had everything we needed. The host was very nice and gave us an early check in also. Very easy to deal with. The property was not clean. It had mould, dead bugs and dust. It was also right on the Trainline which wasn’t mentioned. We are from Sydney so that wasn’t a huge concern.

• Stella (8/5): Quiet side of Byron Bay - The flat is located in a quiet street away from the hustle bustle of Byron Bay. The 20 minutes walk on the beach to town is great. Ideal for young beach goers. The cooking facilities are basic. A microwave would be an excellent addition.

• Glenn (1/5): Dirty and run down, over priced for condition. - location Very dirty, lots of dirt and dust built up in corners everywhere, mouldy curtains, smelt musty on arrival, coffee table filthy, complete apartment needs a deep clean. Bed has no top sheet, pancake flat pillows with bleach stained pillow cases. Couch very saggy and tired. No microwave oven, one of the pots has Teflon peeling off it, Air conditioner, is a portable unit in the closet, very heavy to move, super noisy, had to use small useless column heater. Entrance screen door wire mesh torn. TV remote batteries almost flat , had to stand in front of TV to operate, no aerial for TV had to watch free to air TV through apps, which is not easy to change to different channels as with a aerial connection. This is the first review I have done out of many stays at other places over the years but felt it was required as place so run down, dirty and definitely not worth the price they are charging.

• Elizabeth (3/5): ok but needs a deep clean - location, person I talked to was super nice and helpful the cleanliness, it was very dusty. the fan had thick dust and the bed side tables and the lamps also. it was like they had never been cleaned. the curtains also had black mould on them.
