• Dominik (8/5): Świetne miejsce w dobrej cenie, czysto, wygodnie, super informacja od właścicielajak dostać się do pokoju - Dostępne przejściówki na gniazdka europejskie w pokoju, suszarka, żelazko i mini deska do prasowania również w pokoju Toaleta razem z wanną w jednej łazience - nie można skorzystać z WC w momencie kiedy osoba z sąsiedniego pokoju długo brała prysznic. Mało półek do przechowywania w szafie w pokoju.

• JOTA (1/5): - would like to express my complete dissatisfaction and disappointment with the place provided, as the property does not match the advertisement in any way. The conditions found were extremely disappointing and unsuitable. The bathroom had a broken shower, making it impossible to use properly. In addition, the bedroom ceiling had mold and moss, clearly showing a lack of maintenance, hygiene, and proper care of the property. The building is also located in a peripheral and degraded area, completely different from what was advertised, causing discomfort and a feeling of insecurity. I consider this to be misleading advertising, and my experience was entirely negative. I hope the necessary measures are taken to prevent other people from going through the same situation. Statement of Dissatisfaction I did not like anything about this place. The property was completely different from what was shown in the advertisement, which was very misleading and disappointing. The bathroom shower was broken, making it impossible to use properly. The bedroom ceiling had mold and moss, showing a serious lack of cleanliness and maintenance. The building itself is located in a poor peripheral area and does not provide comfort or a sense of safety. Overall, the environment was unpleasant, poorly maintained, and far below expectations. I believe the advertisement should be honest and reflect the real conditions of the property so that guests know exactly what they are paying for. My experience was entirely negative, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
• Aleksandra (8/5): Neat, good for short stay - Neat, cozy place, very friendly. The owner is very nice, provides towels, bedsheets and also some coffe/tea can be made in the kitchen. Pretty cool area, the bus stop was close to the apartment. Good for a short stay. You can hear everything that goes on in the other room or on the terrace, we were quite lucky that most of the time people were pretty quiet. Our bedroom window was opening directly towards the terrace, so whenever someone was there we felt the need to cover up the windows for privacy. The location is quite far from the centre (no surprise), it's a few minutes walk to the tube.

• Keva (1/5): Awful - When we arrived to the property the location was not as described. Tried to contact the property owner to see which room was ours and he didn’t answer also didn’t call back. We didn’t end up staying here and booked a different hotel which was far better.

It was my first time attending a gig here and would definitely use this place again. Clean and super easy to reach from Brixton station. I wasn't a massive fan of the flats building but it was okay for the value 😁

The room was clean and very comfortable. I will be booking again in the future for any shows that are playing in the area. Thankyou :)

• Thai Hanh (1/5): Nicht empfehlenswert - Die Lage war top. Wir kamen an und die Anleitung zur Unterkunft war gut, aber das Zimmer war sehr dreckig. Es waren Haare auf dem Bett, die Laken hatten Flecken, die Heizung war voll aufgedreht und defekt und als wir das Fenster öffnen wollten, kam es uns direkt entgegen (kaputt). Kleinigkeit, aber der Müll war nicht geleert und im Bad war Schimmel. Zudem war der Boden nicht wirklich sauber. Auf sofortige Anfrage eines anteiligen Refunds wurde sofort abgelehnt. Wir mussten uns am selben Abend eine andere Unterkunft suchen.

You can buy groceries nearby if you don't wanna splurge on restaurants while you're visiting London. The host was quite nice and all the instructions were super clear.

• Robertson (10/5): Great location and value for money. - Excellent location for gig at Brixton Academy. Good communication and clear guidance of expectations for shared premises. Great value and facilities as described, I felt at home, it was exactly what I needed in a bed for the night. Comfortable, safe and even smelled nice! : )

• Andrew (7/5): Cheap place to stay near tube. - Low price private room. Needs a deep cleaning. Water kettle full of debris. Dirty oven caused fire alarm to go off when preheating. Clothes rack in living area had sheets drying most of my stay. Host got chippy with me and said “not my problem” when I had issues getting details to the house when booking system went down the day of check in. Didn’t respond till after check-in time so I thought I was scammed. Check in instructions way overkill. Not in the best area, have a flashlight as there is no light to see keyhole to open door. Was expecting a much better experience from the reviews, almost as if some of the reviews were overly optimistic.

• Tom (8/5): Clean, comfortable, welcoming and great value for money. - Interior was bright, beautiful, welcoming and clean. TV had casting capability which was great. Bed was very comfy. The large corridor wall decorated with the host's photo memories was a really nice touch. Tea and coffee making facilities were great and much-appreciated after spending the day walking round London. Area felt (at least to me) slightly run-down and unsafe from the outside. Uncomfortable experience with one of the pairs of house guests; this was ultimately outside of the host's control and I would gladly stay again, but other customers should at least keep in mind that this is a shared stay

Bagno molto pulito e pratico, dotati di asciugamani per doccia e volto. Posizione pratica e comoda a 10 minuti dalla stazione della metro, quartiere tranquillo.

Właściciel potrafił upomnieć się o 25 £ za małego psa,ale nie potrafił przetrzeć półek, szafek i podłogi przed przyjęciem gości. - kamera w kuchni i kamera na wprost naszego pokoju o czym nie zostałam poinformowana. Nie masz poczucia prywatności. Czy to jakiś cholerny Big Brother w wersji Airbnb ? Może warto się zainteresować bardziej czystością pokoi, które się wynajmuje niż śledzeniem każdego kroku gości. Było zarezerwowane na dwie noce, zostałam jedną. Nigdy więcej.

• Solène (9/5): Un bon rapport qualité prix mais voyager à petit budget à Londres! - À 20 minutes de l’hyper centre de Londres en bus ou en métro ! Et bon rapport qualité prix. Accès à une cuisine pour baisser le coût du séjour. Dès que quelqu’un prenait une douche, il y avait de l’eau par terre sur le sol de la salle de bain. Je pense que c’est une petite fuite d’eau. Aussi, 1 toilette dans la salle de bain pour 3 chambres (donc potentiellement jusqu’à 6 personnes) fait que nous avons parfois dû attendre quelques temps avant de pouvoir y aller mais ça va.

Posizione ok per spostarsi in metro o bus Purtroppo si sente tutto tra le varie stanze, anche i passi.. Pulizia per me si può migliorare, sia in bagno sia nelle camere. Non rispecchia il prezzo che si è pagato.

• Lady Paula (5/5): Good for location - Property was fantastic location to o2 Brixton On arrival to get keys cabinet wide open , front door unlocked , main apartment door locked but then room unlocked with code on display. It wasn’t obvious how many or what keys to take and lock inside our room I could not unlock due to being very stiff and having arthritis could not lock back up, bathroom door needs shaving to close easily cos that was very stiff, but besides this the room was fantastic even if had other peoples clothes in wardrobe,I would recommend but not stay again

I was sent comprehensive instructions on how to get to the property from nearby tube stations and how to enter when I arrived. Plus there were additional details in the rooms. It was super clean, the bed was comfy, it felt very safe and considering the location it was really quiet. Not a bad word to say!! Nothing

La impresión del edificio a la llegada,y de la puerta de entrada y paredes exteriores,muy poco cuidada.Las toallas del lavabo las debería cambiar cada dia igualmente los trapos de cocina,para 3 dias de estancia también nos las deberían cambiar al menos 1 día. El apartamento tambien debe limpiarse diariamente,no es una shared house,estas pagando como servicio de hotel. No me gusta que me mientan en mi cara y me diga el casero que vive en la casa cuando no es asi,todo el fin de semana tuvo todas las habitaciones alquiladas y el apareció el martes a toda prisa para limpiar la habitación justo a las 10 de la mañana porque se tenia que hacerle una guia a unos clientes que se estaban hospedando ahí. Aparte de eso Ronald es muy simpatico....espero que se tome mis críticas cono constructivas. La habitación para 3 dias y 2 personas muy pequeña. Realmente esa es una single roon..no double. Igualmente los trapos de cocina,deberían cambiarlos cada día. Tambien creo que las sabanas debería de lavarlas en lavadoras profesionales y no en la lavadora de casa para que se esterilicen y desinfecten bien y que las seque en el tendedero del salón deja mucho que desear. • Sarah (3/5): - Location close to Brixton tube station. Comfortable bed. On arrival, there was another person in the room that we had been assigned. There happened to be another room empty, which another person staying at the property informed us of, which we stayed in. We tried to contact the host by phone at 8pm with no success to clarify the situation. We did not hear back until the next morning. I understand that the other guest made a mistake and entered the wrong room, but we felt the rooms should be locked before arrival of guests in order to avoid someone accessing the wrong room. The error meant that we had been given the code to another person’s room, and they’d been given the code to ours. This made us uncomfortable leaving our valuables in the room. We feel the someone should be contactable at 8pm for such issues as this. The host did apologise for this issue when we met him the following day, which we appreciated. Also, unfortunately, the room was very dusty and there was lots of hair on the floor when we arrived. We are sorry to mention these issues, but for us £70/night is a decent amount of money to pay for accommodation (albeit in London where prices are high), and we were disappointed.

It’s a perfect central location for the O2 Academy and Brixton as a whole. Clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need — including an extremely comfortable bed. Highly recommended

• Grace (10/5): Lovely owner, and room - Owner was super polite and supplied directions! and trust me , follow his directions lol, google maps doesn’t take u to the area but he gave clear instructions in the initial message. clean room, clean towels and even our own soaps and bottles of water which was a nice touch after travelling all day! Room had a smart tv, and each room has a lock and code. 7 minute walk to phonox / brixton o2 academy, and probably about 10-13 minute walk to the tube. If i’m ever in the area again I will rebook. nothing!! just be careful with the google maps and follow the owners directions :) which isn’t an issue with the property itsself, but google maps.
• Tung (8/5): Overall, it was a decent stay - Very near O2 Brixton Academy, and I mean very. Very easy to find. Instructions from host are clear The area can be a bit rough around the edges. Though once you get used to it, it’s no problem. However, I take issue with the lack of a fan! Seriously hot during the heatwave.

Shared access to full kitchen with fridge/microwave/etc. Good bathroom facilities. Very minor point, but directions could have been a bit clearer, but still a good stay. Skate park was a good reference point.

• Mark1973 (10/5): Cool 😎 place - Definitely a cool 😎 place to stay. It's got everything you need and is only a short walk from the Brixton academy and the train station. I'll definitely be stopping here again in the near future
• Colwyn (9/5): Superb - The house was pleasant and the room was superb, came with TV, very fast WiFi, and the bed was large and comfortable. The location was a little bit of a hassle but if you don't mind a short 5-10 minute walk its perfect.
