• Gulsum (1/5): HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE! GO SOMEWHERE SAFER WITH KINDER STAFF! - Hated everything about this place. Nothing was great because guess what...they would not help me find the keys after calling them, so we were locked out. ALSO, the place was horrible anyways, so thank god we could not. It was in the 'hood', full of alley ways, drug dealers, rude neighbours, and more! Horrible place! Do not go here!! The place was booked by a young person lacking capacity and they still refused the refund!!!! They only want your money! I have asked multiple times politely for a refund, but have received no reply at all. I have called Fatimaah politely, but no answer. It is impossible to contact them. When we then just decided to go since it was booked, but whoa this place was not like the pictures at all! They are not showing you the outside, only the inside, so I wonder why. The outside was in the 'ends' of Woolwich. The location is full of drug dealers, smokers, stray cats. It is in a very bad location, with lots of alley ways. Do not be fooled by the images. We tried to find the keys to see the inside, I called Timi or Fatimaah (they did not specify which one) and she told us not to call again as she was sleeping so did not help us effectively to find the keys so guess what....we could not even stay at the accommodation!!! How can I enter if I cannot find the key??? You would not be safe, especially if you are a woman or have young children! We were scared we were gonna be violated. I called Timi or Fatimaah (they did not specify which one) and she told us not to call again as she was sleeping! We ended up not even staying at the accommodation as they would not help us find the key effectively, but also we were extremely scared anyways! After this, we called multiple times and texted multiple times to get a refund - but no, they do not care and instead said they do not want to get a loss. Money grabbers!! Please do not go for the sake of your protection!

• emilya (10/5): would come again! - its was really clean and spacious when walking around the house the floors were really noisy
• Valentin (5/5): Not as describe! - Host is waiting for you outside to check on you and have RINGO camera 'for safety' - Plus they ask to make a check-in to provide passport details that is GDPR protection and don`t see a reason doing that. Floor is noise and when you walk on staircase, you wake all house because of that.

• Maria (10/5): Our stay at Grace House was so peaceful. The place is aesthetically pleasing, super clean and smells amazing. We had a g - I love the aroma of the house, how clean and modern it was. I also loved the complementary box of chocolates, wine and biscuits! There was nothing not to like. The place is just beautiful and refreshing.
