• Tomáš (7/5): - Jedinečné umístění, přímo v centru. Do pozdní noci na chodbě nebo v nějaké absolutně neodhlučněné místnosti, hlasité pánské diskuze, při kterých se těžko spalo, až vyvolávalo obavy o bezpečí.

• Vanessa (7/5): Podría ser un 9 solucionando pequeñas cosas. - Está súper bien ubicado, a poca distancia caminando de todo. Tiene mucha luz y las cortinas la tapan, así que para dormir es perfecto. Cama cómoda y calefacción. El edificio en sí es muy bonito. Hay que subir tres pisos y en una escalera de caracol para llegar y se hace pesado (sobre todo con maleta). El primer día uno de los radiadores goteaba, lo informamos pero no lo revisaron. Las almohadas no son almohadas y son muy incómodas. El baño se encharca después de cada ducha y el escalón para bajar es traicionero. Faltaba menaje (había 2 unidades de cada cosa), pero únicamente encontramos un plato; lo comunicamos y nos trajeron dos más. El último día nos apagaron la calefacción y hacía algo de frío. Hay solo una silla, así que si sois dos personas toca o suelo o cama. La cisterna hace muchísimo ruido. La luz del WC está al lado de la puerta de entrada y falta alguna luz más de ambiente cerca de la cama. Solo hay una cafetera y un fregadero, un microondas podría ser muy útil.

• Pagliaro (7/5): Buon soggiorno di coppia per 3 notti. Posizione centrale, problematica l'assenza di piano cottura - Posizione ottima, a due passi dall'Hofburg. Camera piccola ma fornita di tutto il necessario per dormire. comunicazione abbastanza rapida con l'host, che si è dimostrato collaborativo. Assenza di un piano cottura e/o di strumenti per scaldarsi del cibo. Mancano completamente piatti e stoviglie, se non per un paio di persone. assenza di detersivo per le mani e doccia un po scomoda.

• Gabriella (5/5): Die Lage ist perfekt, alles andere leider nicht. - Die Lage ist perfekt. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist nicht korrekt, oder verschweigt die negativen Punkte. Es handelt sich tatsächlich um ein Zimmer, welches nur über 6' Treppentritte erreichbar ist. Die Küche ist nicht voll ausgestattet, es gibt für 2 Personen flache Teller, 2 Gläser und Tassen, sowie Besteck für zwei. Es waren gerade mal 2 Kaffeekapseln vorhanden. Es gibt kein Essplatz. Der Schreibtisch hat eine ausziehbare Ablage, es gibt aber nur 1 Stuhl. In der Dusche gibt es ein Schild, welches zu kurzem Duschen auffordert, da es nicht genügend heisses Wasser hat. Die Bettwäsche ist aus einem sehr unangenehmen Material - synthetisch? Die Kissen sind so weich und flach, dass eigentlich besser darauf verzichtet worden wäre.

• Silvia (7/5): Ottima posizione, ma non presente l’ ascensore - Posizione perfetta per visitare comodamente la città. Zona molto carina e tranquilla anche la sera Non è presente l’ascensore e sono presenti scale a chiocciola in cemento non comode con le valigie e per famiglie e persone anziane

• Antonius (6/5): - De locatie was top. Alles was op loopafstand bereikbaar! In de ochtend werd beneden veel geluid gemaakt met containers, waardoor je vroeg wakker gemaakt werd. Ook was het maar mogelijk om 5 minuten warm te douchen, daarna werd het water koud.

• Yuliia (9/5): Everything was good, we would recommend this place for our friends. - Location is truly amazing. The apartment was very clean and looked way better than in photos. Bed was comfy, showed was clean and didn’t look “scary” as some people mentioned. We’ve had towels, shower gel, shampoo. Stairs are okay if you are without a luggage. If you have suitcase it must be challenging, however you should be fine anyway. WiFi wasn’t working, we simply couldn’t connect to the network, however it wasn’t a problem for us at all. Maybe, if we would contact the owner they’d sorted it out quick.

Хозяин/ка своевременно присылали информацию, отвечали на сообщения. В номере очень тепло. Ограничение по горячей воде. У меня длинные волосы, блонд, поэтому на мытье головы уходит много воды и, хотя я и старалась уложиться, пришлось домываться в холодной.

• Rukshar (8/5): Comfortable stay - We had an excellent stay at Datri Petite Suite 10. The accommodation was very clean and neat, and we stayed for 2 nights comfortably. Our room was ready earlier than the check-in time, which was a nice bonus. The location is great—close to the metro and very convenient for getting around Vienna. There are quite a few steps to climb to reach the suite, but it wasn’t an issue for us as we didn’t have large suitcases. Overall, a great place to stay. Had issue with WiFi.

We were told our apartment was up a flight of stairs – ours was on the top floor which was a total of exactly 60 steps up a stone spiral staircase. Stepping in and out of the shower was dangerous. Towels were skinny and not changed in three days. In fact, nobody came into the room in three days.

Hélas nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement sale. Une grosse flaque d’eau au sol, des toiles d’araignées ici et là, ainsi que de la poussière et aucun geste compensatoir du propriétaire. Aussi nous a-t-on dit qu’il y avait une bagagerie mais celle-ci s’avère en libre-accès a qui veut, absolument pas sécurisée ou même surveillée.

Only 1 coffee pod was provided for the machine when we were 2 guests, and 2 teabags with floral tea only. No milk provided. Bathroom: shower head broken - not able yo be attached above so had to do handheld, and there was a sign about limited hot water, also not detailed in the listing. Floor mats were very slippery on damp floor, and water seemed to leak/spray out of the shower easily - very high slip hazard.

When I was contacted I was immediately informed that if something is missing I need to pay extra. The shower had a weird smell after you put on the hot water. So you should be careful to not shower for too long. At night it was a bit cold.

The apartment is located at the top of a spiral staircase, for me it wasn't a problem but perhaps it should be specified in the description. The location is excellent and I felt very comfortable. If I ever come back to Vienna in the future, I would stay there again! Thank you!

• Katherine (2/5): Not recommend, waters links in the bathroom, noisy, not so clean, not worth it - The location is good If you have any luggage, this room doesn’t have elevator, there are like 60 and more stairs, not comfortable at all, it wasn’t very clean, they don’t do house keeping and the worst part was that the water from the shower ends on the floor of the bad room and there are water leaks in the toilet and the sink. The toilet sounds like a machine every time that you use it and some times that you don’t. In the entrance there is an internal garden surrounded by huge garbage cans and it is not nice smelly and just a little light. A gardener started with the machines at 7 am and was a heavy noice for 2 hours. I will not recommend it

No kettle, no crockery, no cutlery or glasses. 1 inadequate coffee machine, not cleaned. 1 chair. Leaks in bathroom so floor constantly wet and shower dangerous steps. Owner didn't attempt to fix any of the above after we contacted them.

Kitchen had fridge and kettle two cups and two glasses. Excellent location. Our room was up a spiral staircase with 60 steps. If you were assigned this room, you should be informed. Anyone with hip/knee issues room 10 is not suitable. Plates and cutlery should be included and additional towels.

The bathroom was dirty and the shower was the most bizarre and dangerous arrangement I've ever seen.....apart from the plug being blocked with hair. Definite NO.
