Important Information

Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00. Peak Periods Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Ellen (5/5): Perfect location, appears to have been cleaned by the owners not professionals. Nosey neighbours - Upon arrival linen we paid for was eventually found shoved in the corner of one of the rooms. Kitchen cupboards were all found open, dishwasher was full of dishes needing to be put away.

Alman (10/5): Amazing…will definitely book again. - Location was perfection…out the door and on the beach. Short walk to town. Beds were comfortable and very well equipped kitchen. Loved having the Nespresso machine for morning coffee on the balcony. I only wish the layout of the lounge room was different because we had some rainy days and it would have been perfect if we could see the beach view from the sofa. Nothing.
Belinda (7/5): - Location was great. Having the access straight out onto the path and beach was ideal and only a short walk to the town. Had all the essentials for a weekend away and for cooking basic meals. Beds were comfy. The communication was hard work - lots of different emails with sometimes conflicting information. Really annoying to have to pack your own linen, especially when you have a family - took up a lot of boot space! The place was a bit tired and furniture and rugs a bit dirty.
Lisa (10/5): We had such a relaxing getaway, being able to walk to the shops, restaurants and beach. - The location was ideal, close to the shops and the beach, yet quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and the living room which was light and roomy. The beds were also comfy.

Nicole (9/5): Superb - The property was clean, stylish and in such a good location. We were travelling with an 11 month old and appreciated that the stairs and bannister were baby proofed and that a high chair was available for use. A heater and fan were also available in every bedroom.
