No door viewer hole on door, bedding config (one right at entrance door is strange), toilet door in master bedroom should also allow the lock from the master side- no point I lock my side and the other person can unlock from toilet side to enter. Prefer disposable room slippers as dunno how many feet in it.

• Safrena (10/5): Staying at VR1-level27 is quite comfortable & worth it - 1) clean & comfortable beds 2) tumble dryer to wash our clothes (detergent provided) 3) walkable to Sunway Velocity Mall 4) owner fast respond although we book late in the evening We had trouble finding the lobby at first 😬 due to the very big area with many buildings
• Yuuko (9/5): Superb - The process of check-in is self check-in one. Which is easy because you have to take the access cards from mailbox with given code. The view was so beautiful, you can see many skyscrapers like Petronas Twin Tower, Merdeka 118, TRX Tower and so on. The accessibility of the food was so convenient, you can walk into Sunway Velocity Mall just within 5-10 minutes only. Also this area is filled with many big malls and hypermarkets like IKEA, MyTown, and AEON. The public transportation was nice, it just takes 5-10 minutes from here to MRT Cochrane Station that can travel to TRX, and KLCC (need to take the next LRT from Pasar Seni). I'm so glad that I booked this place. 9.5/10...Approved and Recommended. I will definitely book again next year. So far we haven't found a bad experience...

• Ainamjs (10/5): my first stay in sunway - 1) the host - is very warm, helpful and welcoming. fast response when we ask something. the host is easy to deal with and gave clear instructions on how to checkin the unit. 2) the unit - i would say has a complete functioning facilities - washing machine, heater, microwave, water dispenser, and they have netflix on tv! 3) The bed - they have the softest bed and pillows, and cold A/C. This is something that you want to lay down after long day. 4) Location - lurve! walking distance to mytown/ikea and the building is connected to boulevard mall. if you want to cross the road, you can also eat from local stalls. You will never be hungry! 5) the in-building parking is also easy to access and its free 🤩 none.

Self check-in and check-out, cleanliness, and a good environment. It feels a bit odd to see the broom and bucket before entering the washroom. Perhaps they could be placed in a less visible spot.

Was really impressed with the baby cot, I do not need it or use, but for those who wish to bring baby and looking for place to stay, this is the best choice. The cot is so pretty and clean! • Courtney (9/5): Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we highly recommend this accommodation! - We recently spent 8 nights at Residence Suites @ Sunway Velocity and found our stay to be incredibly pleasant. The accommodation itself was very well equipped, with our host ensuring that we had plenty of supplies such as dishwashing soap, toilet paper, and even laundry detergent. There was also an abundance of shampoo and body wash—everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Our host was extremely thorough, giving us detailed directions on how to find the key, sign in, and locate everything we might need during our stay. The swimming pool and playground were absolutely beautiful, and the easy access to Sunway Velocity Mall, where we could get everything we needed, including plenty of restaurant options, was a huge plus. The convenience of being so close to the mall made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the great things about staying in a homestay apartment like this is how well set up they are for families. Being able to do a load of laundry and hang it out on the clothes airer was incredibly convenient. Just being able to pop downstairs to the supermarket for supplies made everything so easy. Our host even offered a cleaning service during our stay for an extra charge, which went above and beyond in terms of customer service. If we ever return to KL, we will definitely be contacting our host again, as he really understands what great customer service is. During our stay, my husband had a medical emergency, and the security staff at the building went above and beyond to ensure he got into the ambulance and was taken care of. They were so kind and courteous, and I felt incredibly safe knowing that there was so much security around. They were always offering directions, asking after my husband, and just creating a really welcoming atmosphere. It’s hard to find any negatives about our stay because it was so wonderful. However, I would suggest writing down the door code from WhatsApp on a piece of paper, just in case your phone runs out of battery while you’re out and about. Additionally, the only minor critiques I have are that the shower takes a long time to drain, and Grab drivers had a little bit of trouble finding us from time to time, so writing down very detailed directions in the app would be helpful.
