• Sourav (9/5): An excellent stay at a very prime location - Excellent location, near to everything in Central London yet quaint and peace full. The entrance might look deceiving and shady but trust me the locality and neighbourhood was extremely friendly. Overall was a very nice stay for our family and friends I really appreciate the collection of games and activity props curated at the property. The chair cushions were a bit stained but not dirty. Also the sofa bed isn’t functioning properly, it fully serves as a bes but can’t be retracted fully to being a sofa. So it takes most of the living room space.

The apartment was fantastic and perfectly located near the Canada Water tube station, making it very convenient to get around. It's just a 20-minute tube ride to the city center, and only about 15 minutes by car, depending on traffic. Everything in the apartment was perfect, and we had a wonderful stay. • Ashlin (1/5): BED BUGS! Do not stay! - There is NOTHING to like here when the place has a bed bug infestation! BED BUGS found in the bedroom. We were not able to sleep in this property. Host was not helpful in dealing with our concerns at all! Was unreachable on the contact number provided. Do not make the mistake of staying in this property, host did not seem willing to have this issue resolved. WORST stay I’ve ever had!

• Whitehead (7/5): Basic and clean, had everything we needed for our short trip - Property had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Surrounding area was nice and only 5 minutes from tube and shop. Can see why there were no pictures of the building itself. Very basic, not a modern apartment.

• Marienel (10/5): It’s a Hidden gem - The property looks exactly as it is in the picture. If you’re travelling with kids and staying for a couple of days, I find it quite convenient staying in an apartment rather than a hotel. That way the amenities are complete and you’re paying less than what you would normally pay for a hotel that has the same facilities like this one. Location wise it near shops so you can easily buy your needs. Travelling is also easy since the place is near bus stop and tube. It’s summer so quite understandable that it’s hot even with all the windows open. A small fan would be nice.
